After looking at the property in Google Street View it's making me wonder if there really is something to this due to the fact that the property backs right up to the canal.
How did you figure out exactly where they were? Did they say it and I missed it? I'm curious to take a ride by and check it out.
The city bought up all the properties in the area they are going build on it. So they are demoing as they buy.
I just watched Dark Minds, The Eastbound Strangler. Although interesting to watch, I felt it was very misleading. Several prostitutes were interviewed and one of them said that 2 black males and a white male had picked her and a friend up to party. She said that Kim Raffo was there with them and the men were acting strange. She said she saw 2 bodies in the bed (which she believed to be Molly Dilts and Barbara Breidor) She said she left after she got bad vibes and it was the last time she saw Kim. The next week she was found. If I am not mistaken, Molly and Barbara were in an advanced state of decomposition? How could they have all been in the same room at the same time and be found in different states of decomp? I think it's BS, and though it makes for good TV, should be thoroughly checked before aired. This woman also said that the 2 men were arrested? I have seen no evidence that 2 men were even questioned in the case besides the maintenance guy, let alone arrested? I also believe that the whole "Eastbound" positioning of the bodies (faces facing East) could all be due to the current of the water in which they were found. I believe that the AC4 and the GB4 are definitely related. I am trying my hardest to piece all of this together. These women do NOT deserve to be forgotten. They need closure and so do their families! Keep working people!

Could the simplest explanation be the key , you have AC facing east , and GB4 facing vertically towards the ocean - AC- east is ocean, LI - ocean - could it be the water has the need for more discussion here. I think the suggestion of a houseboat makes a lot of sense here. Think about it, sailing up and down the east coast , no matter where he is , he can look out over the deck of the boat and contemplate upon his murders knowing he can dock his boat and visit his work anytime. In addition, this whole idea that he is in the midst of a "cooling off period" is bull crap, I think Josh & Rachel are right, that he is a seasonal killer which brings me to think he may have a family who he spends the rest of the year with , or the summer months hold a STRONG PSYCHO-SEXUAL psychosis on him. I think there are a lot more victims and I believe they are all along the coast line, which he adds to his collection every season, soaking in his work as he sails up and down the east coast. He cant/won't stop for any reason, he needs to be stopped. That is a psychological profile outline - in my opinion given the cases and what has made available to the public!
I'm not sure about exactly where the GB4 bodies were found in proximity to the waterway (if the SK is doing his deeds from a boat) but the AC4 are definitely not accessible to be dumped from a boat. I know, I have been by that location many times. It is not much more than a drainage ditch. It makes me shudder to think that I was there so much and had no idea that there were 4 lost souls out there alone.

AC - thanks for your feedback, i think its easily accessible to load from your boat to your car, just as if it was your house to your car. I just think the proximity to coastlines are just too poignent

However, when it comes down to it - only time will tell - I am sure more bodies will resurface, my point being that he's using the east coast as his personal dumping ground
You're welcome. I just know the AC area very well (and Long Island to some extent) and I have thought long and hard about it. As far as AC goes, to dock your boat and go to that location with a body would be quite a hassle, not to mention the risk of getting caught back there (it is desolate and not heavily travelled by any means) I am thinking that he killed those women there, or in very close proximity, and dumped them in the drainage ditch. (If I am not mistaken, the AC4 worked "the track" and were just easy targets? Please, someone correct me if I am wrong that these women were not "escorts" who offered their services on CL or BP like the GB4?) I believe it is the work of the same person but that he moved on to Long Island and started seeking out women who were on the internet offering services.
I am sure also IF he is still breathing.

I know it's a bit of a stretch, but there are similarities. And for goodness sake, bodies have been found strewn all over Central Florida, from Daytona to St. Pete..

I don't think the AC4 have anything to do with GB4. Shoes missing is not part of the GB4 killers MO, from what I understand. All 4 facing east is also not necessarily intentional. If thrown in there the same way, for example holding a person horizontally in your arms with their head hanging over your left arm while walking east, and tossing them in front of you eastward, their head would likely only face one direction due to the force of the throw. East. All this tells us is it was likely the same person who disposed of all 4. Which now begs the question, were all 4 bodies found east of room 101?

The A.C killer was obviously very comfortable with being in those slum parts of Atlantic City.
Here is an article for the 10 year anniversary of the murders. It has some info in it that has never been disclosed before. It also has an aerial view of where the bodies were found.
