Ok... my theory at the moment is .... JR did it. I'm not sure how it came about. Maybe an accident gone wrong maybe? I'm still thinking of a plausible theory of how/why ... but I can't help but wonder about the front end damage and the tools that were out of place (1 missing) and the spatter on the backdoor of the RAV4. To me, it indicates that maybe she was at the back of her vehicle and was possibly hit over the head first? knocked her out first? I'm still thinking....

JR places himself at the deer camp that afternoon/early evening. Why? maybe because he knows someone saw him there, or knew he was there, maybe an employee? We have Loof, the bloodhound Page 138 of CASO report and also an exhibit in the latest motion:

One of the more significant tracks that LOOF and FAUSKE tracked was from the south entry door of
the red house trailer near the concrete stoop. This track did continue in a westerly direction
toward a cul-de-sac at the end of Kuss Road. It was indicated by FAUSKE that LOOF was very
intense on this track

Okay, so it wasn't a burial site, but it was disturbed soil..... someone change their mind? And does anyone else cringe when they read that Colborn/Lenk were there? LOL

So the bones.... could they have been burned in the quarry, gathered up and put into a barrel, and possibly switched out for one of the Janda barrels? When LE discovers the bones in the Janda barrel.... someone just "helps" the investigation along by putting some in the firepit? or JR dumps them and leaves the barrel at the Janda residence, leaving some in the quarry because he a dumba$$, some in the bottom of the barrel, some in the firepit. Did this happen on Thursday night? When SA said he saw lights in behind his place on his way to Menards?

The RAV4. Does he hide it for a few days? I think JR would have the best and easiest access to place the RAV4 on the Salvage yard property. If he didn't have anyone helping him, he could have easily walked back to his vehicle on his own property.

Ryan's strange Unknown ID calls on the 4th. I don't think he was helping them hide the RAV4. I am thinking it's possible he was illegally searching the Salvage yard and LE knew about it. I find it extremely odd that he is getting and placing calls all day but that time from 4:15 - 7:25pm, he receives NO other calls other than the No ID calls. And his comment about the 'coverage out there'. I still don't understand what the "D" means, I know it means direct call, but I haven't found an explanation about what that means. This is also the night that Charles saw lights back there.

I do think it's possible that JR could have planted the evidence before the 5th. I think it's possible that LE could have moved or strategically placed some of the evidence to "help" their case. It would only require 1 or 2, they don't all need to be in on it.

Buttttt there are things that still don't fit. Like TH's last phone ping *sigh* So I will keep thinking LOL

He met with one of his employees for a shift change. I suspect he might have met an employee who got into an accident with TH. Said, we'll fix it, come back to my company.

Sidenote, I think you can see that area you mention in this photo. Also, if you remember there was an old man who said he saw a white jeep and TH's car, but never said anything because no one asked him. Note, the white vehicle in the picture at the camp. I can't tell if it is a jeep or not~~and~~would an older man like that be able to tell the difference between a Jeep and a SUV?

RADANDT indicates he remembers it being right after 4:30
because he had had an employee that had just come to work to take another employee's shift at
4:30 p.m.

It's not part of his written statement though, so I'm not sure how true it is LOL I don't think he met with him, but I think he saw as employee, and knows that employee saw him.

Just throwing this out here: Some older people, depending on how old and where they have lived, may refer to all jeep-style vehicles as jeeps. It's similar to how lots of people call all photocopied pages "xerox" copies.

I guess it depends on the definition of a "Jeep style vehicle."

To me a "Jeep style vehicle" is referring to the original Jeep and it's descendants. That type of vehicle is pretty distinctive. Early Ford Broncos are similar. Someone could mistake one of those for a Jeep. But there kind of rare.

The pool is probably pretty wide with older citizens. "It was a Jeep" doesn't necessarily mean it was a Jeep. Some would say it looked like a Jeep; others would say it was a Jeep; both could be referring to the same vehicle. That's just my take on how some older citizens talk. They go with terms they know and for what it's worth, people usually can figure out what they mean.

Throughout these many months of researching these cases, for me, the one thing I have tried to stay away from is speculation as to who the true perpetrator actually was, and I have tried to do that for several reasons. 1) Because of the preposterous way that investigation was handled, I cannot in good conscience, accept ANY of the "evidence" that was supposedly found. It ALL was found or discovered under the most fishy of circumstances. To this day (at least until further testing can be done to conclusively say that those cremains belonged to TH) it has not been proven to me that anything nefarious at all happened to TH while on that property that day. 2) Because of the fact that any information on TH's lifestyle seems to be omitted from the investigation by LE to an alarmingly glaring degree, I cannot speculate,because, for all I know, (if those cremains DO end up belonging to TH) she may have ended up passing from something from her own life choices such as an overdose, which fell into LE hands at the precise moment that they really needed it because of the legal issues they were facing. I know I am going to be blasted by some, saying that "How dare you besmirch the name and reputation of an innocent young victim in all this!!", and I am very sorry about that but from all the information that I have read up on, TH seemed to be an average young woman of 25 who seemed to be living the single life and enjoying it. Many of the photos I have seen posted show her enjoying partying with her friends, and just generally having a good time. Now, we have the RH phone records that have just become public and it shows that, in the midst of his friend's disappearance he is making calls to the WI Department of Safety. While I will admit I am not familiar at all with what that department does, I DID notice when I googled it and went to their homepage that one of the things they are in charge of is "Prescription Drug Monitoring Program" http://dsps.wi.gov/pdmp/ (this definitely makes me go, "Hmmm") 3) And finally, and this is my biggest obstacle and the biggest red flag to me in all of this, and that is the TIMING. What are the odds that this "disappearance" just fell into the laps of the people that so drastically needed it at the precise time that they needed it to the most. TK and DV were going to be facing those upcoming depositions (TK on Oct 10 and DV Oct 15) and to make matters worse TK had just been told that a judge denied his motion to plead the fifth and he would HAVE to answer the questions that were going to be asked of him. Lo and behold all this goes down and SA is arrested Oct 9 and those depositions just magically seem to disappear. I am sorry but I cannot just blow this off as just a fortuitous coincidence, it is just too perfect for those that were going to be affected by those depositions coming out. (The following is as far as speculating as I am willing to go...) For all I know, LE may have had something on TH and she was told that she would be helped in her situation if she helped THEM with their problem. It would explain the family and friends seemingly strange lack of grief during the time of that missing person's search, their lack of questioning LE's actions during that investigation (lack of questioning back then, I could possibly understand, but not now after all of this info has come to light...I would be hopping mad at LE and prosecution today if that were my loved one and all this had come out) Maybe it is because I would rather believe her to be alive and well somewhere, that I am okay speculating about this but not her death. It doesn't to me, either. Not even close. As I drive a RAV4, I know the difference, but I would bet it would be described as a Jeep by many older citizens, most of whom do not know what an actual Jeep should look like. It's a word often used in place of "SUV" by some people...similar to the way "xerox copy" is used even if there may or may not have been a Xerox machine involved in producing it.

If I'm understanding your post you think that Teresa may have been abusing prescription drugs and she may not be dead because "those bones weren't conclusively found to be hers yet".

I know the bones have been your biggest issue and I really hope that Zellner clears it all up with some new testing. IMO I do think it's her, but I still have a ton of questions about the bones and their locations and the fact that they just weren't investigated properly.
