I can imagine the court room being over crowded with media. I've never been in the Supreme court, and not sure how large the court rooms are.

During the trial, each night, will they run him back and forth to prison or keep him in a cell at the Supreme court? Thinking of the crowds gathering and possible revenge. If he goes back and forth to prison he'll need to be police escorted each time.

Only my thoughts and opinion.

Then there was the stalker thing going on. I just remembered another connection to the Claremont Killings. The vampire (Angel) played by David Boreanaz in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and in the spinoff series Angel wore a claddagh ring! I don't know if this means anything but Ciara Glennon was wearing a claddagh brooch when she went missing. Could be the Irish connection or just a connection to Angel the vampire. This may mean absolutely nothing but thought I would put it out there anyway. MOO

I meant to say that the claddagh ring was only worn in both tv series. The actor doesn't wear a claddagh ring as far as I know.

Interesting as well as we were walking the Noble Falls Track there was rolling green farmland to the north. It reminded me a little of the fb post by the SD, which could have been looking down on the valley and Noble Falls Walk. Or not. We didn't look and saw no obvious large pine tree. Hopefully Shirley Finn inquest will give some answers. It's interesting as PeteDavo has said before that we pick up different things looking at the same info. The statement by the cop was crucial for the Inquest to go ahead after so many years, and he was influenced to give evidence by your author Juliet Wills and Mrs Finn's daughter.

Of vague interest, the former policeman pictured on the extreme right, in the photo attached to this story, told me that he was a crime scene guard at Shirley's place that day. (He was at my wife's workplace recovering from heart bypass surgery when he said this). He alleged that Shirley's killer lived next door to Noble Falls.
I wonder if he'll be at the Inquest.

It doesn't mention his name, nor where he's living. Only posted it to shut down a statement proposing it as based on fact, when it only started from a speculative posting on reddit which was not based upon any fact.

I have a link to a 2001 Supreme Court appeal that I found months ago with the same name as the accused's brother back when everyone was sleuthing the accused's family. Assuming it's not a case of mistaken identity and he committed a more recent crime it could add credance to the reddit post.

Since I have a bad memory can someone please refresh for it for me. Do we know the extent of DNA matching? Would DNA from a crime from the early 2000s have been matched against cold cases like CSK?

I won't post the link out of respect for the accused's family but it shouldn't be too hard to find for anyone interested.

Besides, where Troy works now, would require a Police Clearance as the clinic deals with kids as well as adults, so definitely unlikely that he had any criminal matters

AL, do you have a screen shot of him wearing the ring? I've had a quick look on youtube of him as Angel and can't see it. I've never seen Buffy or Angel, but now think I'll have a look if I get any spare time.

Claremont Ghost Clue 9 Dido White Flag Song. Not clear whether the name is just listed or part of the video clip is played.

Summary of Co-incidences mentioned so far…?

· Actor DB bares close resemblance to accused
· DB moves like and morphs into accused (metic: when he has the red Tshirt on)

Science reveals up to 3rd cousin .81% common therefore have 91% detection for relationship, autosomal DNA testing therefore why all concentration on full brother being needed for familar DNA. Not necessary for brother to have committed crime. Narrowed mined view.

Perhaps BRE had a child to a former partner. Perhaps that child grew up and committed a crime. Or a niece or nephew committed a crime.
