Annalise- she was either walking to the phone box or as Spooks said trying to hail a taxi. IIRC her parents had warned her about the recent attacks, so she knew to be careful. IMO walking to this phone box or walking to hail a taxi, when you have been offered a lift later and know about the CSK, is taking a risk or acting arrogantly 'that it won't happen to me'. ( i don't mean arrogant in a mean way, just can't think of another word to describe) In any case, would her frame of mind have also lead her to take a lift from some one going her way? i don't think under the circumstances she was behaving with her safety in mind.

Probably over confident after travelling overseas for a year.

Thank you. They'd need to be large size clothing, possibly obtained from op shops or clotheslines.

The accused may require large size now. But back in late 90's he may have had a different shape body - like the average body of a 20-something year old male. Fitter and more muscular perhaps. JMO

Thinking about the screen printing link an old boyfriend of mine work for a screen printers and they had all sorts of signs and decals in the factory, traffic signs, water corp and so on, wouldn't be too hard to get taxi decals if you were associated with the screen printing company that had the taxi contract at the time?

If it is the West Australian it would be a date between when JR went missing 9 June and 1 August 1996. I can't find it on my library source.

Perhaps the CSK had two different types of profile. Perhaps there was a mixture of what he like to do.

I've read beforehand that Ted Bundy was two different types of a serial killer. That's why it was difficult to catch him. I'll try and track down the link.

Ted Bundy was a necrophiliac, he returned to the corpses. These are just some of them we know of, I believe they're not generally willing to admit to it. Possible Adrian Bayley too was a necrophiliac, Jill's body was seen by a friend who lived on the same road, they'd assumed it was someone had dumped rubbish but noted at one time it had been moved closer to the fence line than it had previously been.

  • Sergeant François Bertrand (1823–1878) – Convicted of necrophilia, sentenced to 1 year in jail.[SUP][21][/SUP]
  • Victor Ardisson (1872–20th century) – Nicknamed the "Vampire of Muy", Ardisson was a French graverobber and necrophiliac,[SUP][22][/SUP] who had sex with over 100 corpses.[SUP][23][/SUP]
  • Henri Bolt – Indulged his necrophiliac improprieties on a number of disinterred corpses, including a ballet dancer whom he dug up at Saint-Ouen in 1886,[SUP][24][/SUP] after which he was arrested. During his trial, he said that "Every man to his taste. Mine is for corpses."[SUP][25][/SUP]
  • Earle Nelson (1897–1928) – American serial killer. Most of Nelson's victims were landladies, whom he would approach on the premise of renting a room. Nelson often studied his worn Bible, using it to keep his victim at ease and off-guard around him. Once he made sure he had gained their trust, he would kill them, usually by strangling them, and engage in necrophilia with their corpse.[SUP][26][/SUP]
  • John Christie (1899–1954) – Killed women and sexually abused their dead bodies.[SUP][27][/SUP]
  • Yoshio Kodaira (1905–1949) – Japanese serial killer. Aside from his crimes in China, the details of which remain unknown, he is noted to have raped and murdered about 10 women from May 25, 1945, to August 6, 1946, in Tochigi and Tokyo. He often committed necrophilia with the corpses. Found guilty on 5 October 1949, Kodaira was sentenced to death.[SUP][28][/SUP]
  • Ed Gein (1906–1984) – American murderer. As well as mutilating the bodies of his victims, he also collected numerous female bodies from local cemeteries, some of which he had sexual contact with.[SUP][29][/SUP]
  • Genzo Kurita (1926–1959) – Japanese serial killer. On August 8, 1951, he raped and murdered a 24-year-old woman, and then had sex with her corpse. Kurita was executed by state on October 14, 1959.[SUP][30][/SUP]
  • Jimmy Savile (1926–2011) – Broadmoor staff members claimed that Savile had told them that he engaged in necrophiliac acts with corpses in their mortuary in Leeds; Savile was friends with the chief mortician, who gave him near-unrestricted access.[SUP][31][/SUP]
  • Melvin Rees (1933–1995) – American serial killer, sentenced in 1960, for 53 years.[SUP][32][/SUP]
  • Henry Lee Lucas (1936–2001) – American serial killer. He had sexual intercourse with the dead bodies of several of his victims, one of whom was his girlfriend, Becky Powell. When asked why he killed women before having sex with them, he answered: "I like peace and quiet."[SUP][33][/SUP]
  • Jerry Brudos (1939–2006) – Also known as "The Lust Killer" and "The Shoe Fetish Slayer", Brudos was a serial killer and necrophiliac, arrested in 1969, later sentenced to life term in the Oregon state prison.[SUP][34][/SUP]
  • Patrick Kearney (1939– ) – Necrophilia, he avoided torturing a living person.[SUP][35][/SUP]
  • Dennis Nilsen (1945– ) – British serial killer and necrophiliac. Admitted to having engaged in sexual acts with the corpses of his victims.[SUP][36][/SUP][SUP][37][/SUP] Convicted in 1983.[SUP][38][/SUP]
  • Ted Bundy (1946–1989) – Kidnapper, and necrophiliac.[SUP][39][/SUP] Bundy confessed to 30 homicides, however, the estimates have run as high as 100 or more.[SUP][40][/SUP] He was executed in 1989.[SUP][41][/SUP]
  • Edmund Kemper (1948– ) – American serial killer and necrophile who murdered about nine people, and had sex with most of his victims' dead bodies, including his mother's.[SUP][42][/SUP]
  • Richard Chase (1950–1980) – American serial killer. He engaged in necrophilia with the body of one of his victims, Evelyn Miroth.[SUP][43][/SUP]
  • Ondrej Rigo (1955– ) – Slovak serial killer. He murdered eight women and one child between 1990 and 1992, and had sex with the corpses of most of the women.[SUP][44][/SUP]
  • Thor Nis Christiansen (1957–1981) – American serial killer and necrophiliac from California.[SUP][45][/SUP]
  • Jeffrey Dahmer (1960–1994) – American sex offender and serial killer. Many of the charges against him included necrophilia.[SUP][46][/SUP] He was sentenced to 15 life terms, totaling about 937 years in prison.[SUP][47][/SUP]
  • Marcelo Costa de Andrade (1967– ) – Brazilian serial killer, who raped and killed 14 boys.[SUP][48][/SUP]
  • Christopher Mhlengwa Zikode (1975– ) – South African serial killer. In 1997 he was sentenced to 140 years.[SUP][49][/SUP]
  • Serhiy Tkach (1952– ) A mass murderer who performed sexual acts upon his victims after their deaths.

Perhaps ahead of the victim he parked his vehicle within a secluded area. Perhaps waited in a bush or up a tree and blitzed the victim from behind. Perhaps placing a bag on their head, gagging them and tying the victim up then tossing them in the back of the car. Perhaps he had practiced and perfected the act, finally becoming proficient at it. I don't mean that in a good way.
Perhaps he commenced this as a teenager on his pushbike, thus getting ahead of the victim and taking them by surprise. Most people would be taken by surprise and completely dumbfounded.
These are only my thoughts and opinion.
With regard to the above, perhaps a station wagon could be parked in a secluded area with the boot-door already open and awaiting a victim to be slung in. Perhaps there was a piece of mesh between the far back and back seat. It may also be possible to lay the back seats down - I'm not sure. Only my thoughts and opinion.

The ages of the two older ladies would be similar to EE. Presumably the social status would be similar too. What doesn't make sense is that SS was only 18.

Also, when the second wife left why weren't there similar circumstances - that's strange.

Maybe he didn't check her ID for her DOB before abducting her 😏

And if the accused is guilty, fair to say his life circumstances had changed significantly since the 1990s. Being a stepfather to a young woman possibly (hopefully) changed his perspective (nice to hope). Or maybe he was arrested before he could begin again. Maybe he had done something suspicious that bought him to the attention of WAPOL.

All speculation on my part (is there an acronym for that?!)

Back in the mid-1990s EE left the Fountain Way home - BRE remained there for a period of time. Perhaps EEs leaving wasn’t what enraged him, but selling the home triggered an outrage. The pair was together for a significant time but maybe EE wasn’t willing to walk away without a fair settlement.

BRE and CGE were together for a much longer period, and perhaps long enough for CGE to realize it wasn’t wise to upset BRE. Perhaps CGE figured there’d be repercussions if BRE became upset. Therefore, perhaps in 2015 when CGE left the home she agreed to let him have it, thus keeping the peace. Was there any more incidents?

These are only my thoughts and opinions.

Think more National.

I guess that #papertrail posted those articles originally. A scroll thru #papertrail post history might find the originals which were bigger .

Interesting real estate company JANWA.
Remember Caporn helped Michelle get new digs? How'd he do that?
Hmmm, Is the founder of this real estate company related? Is this the same bloke who was a bar manager at OBH, once owned a night club, once managed the Aberdeen?

Good questions PeteDavo, company was started in 2001, probably too late to help Michelle. Interesting the biopic doesn't mention bar manager or once owned a nightclub. Instead worked' in real estate in London before setting up business and moved to Sydney to help in his wifes baby products business, after I think. http://www.capornyoung.com.au/?/staff/118293/tim-caporn

Are you thinking of someone else of is the bio sanitised?

Another interesting fact is when they opened their Claremont office it is on the corner of Stirling Rd and Stirling Hwy.

This went to press only two days after Jane Rimmer disappeared and without forensic evidence links appear to be made, astonishing really the police seemed to be unwilling to make the same connections until so much later.

There's likely a few people with the same name in Perth. I also found a veterinarian by that name too. Wouldn't think they're all the same person. IMO.
Funny enough Carl Casilli is now a real estate salesman. I would've thought you'd need a police clearance certificate for that.

There's usually ONE main reason why the wife leaves the marital home, while husband stays behind .....

It's quite shocking to realise there was a police station from the 1950's, also used by western suburbs detectives until September of 2014 on the corner of Leura Avenue and the Stirling Highway within one or two blocks of where the abductions took place. BRE certainly was a high risk taking gamer ... wasn't he?

Goes to theorising the CSK was playing a "catch me if you can" game with the police, motivated by a personal grudge perhaps. I won't be surprised to learn later he taunted them in some other way.
