Yes, wife's uncle had one back in the day.
Lights are Standard for that model. No other car or model like it.

Pretty sure it was a google streetview image from the past showing a pickup on the lawn and a 4WD in the driveway that someone noticed a sticker on the 4WD which was one of these Krikke Boys stickers that were only issued at the speedway.

I think it was Kambo that noticed it.

Speedway cars have lights removed.
And station wagons are only usually used in demo derby. A lot of prep work has to go into them. Roll cages, moving radiator to the cabin etc.

Here's a fast trip down memory lane. Wonder who might have been at the Claremont Speedway this night in 1996 that Barry Blake won this Super Sedan race?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltslVivCaV8

Pete, I noticed that in the notes underneath this footage it showed this:
"Footage from AVE's Television show Speedweek
" (I noticed the Show launched in 1995!)

http://speedweek.com.au/about/

Was just wondering if there was anyway to check on particular nights of interest to see if any of the Blake lads were racing?

Just a thought! Keep up your incredible work. Fantastic to watch what you come up with!!

Hi again Pete,

This book might be worth looking at?
The all-time Claremont Speedway fact file : end of an era, 1927-2000 / [compiled by Ken Brown]
https://trove.nla.gov.au/work/35603946

Looks like you could get it brought in for you to your local library?

Didn’t the daughter VGE have a white sonata with green p plates on it? I recall seeing it in the news when the accused was arrested. Might have been the police drove the car in for privacy of VGE?

Also the sonata shows one of the google street views for madora bay.

LW also had a similar model Sonata interestingly

These are pictures of Police searching Lance Williams's house in Cottesloe.

The vehicles are not related to the current accused.

i wouldn't know, billy, is there some other link which will verify ? i mean why would 9news show footage from the LW hounding when the story is about arrest of the accused?
or am i just your regular pendejo to believe what the media presents?

Yes, the night before SS and JR so far were speedway event nights as confirmed from sources previously posted earlier this week. Yet to confirm speedway on night before CG.

Hi Petedavo - just looking at the advertised Grand Final Demo Derby. There is a station wagon in the picture. Is it possible the car police are looking for re Sarah Spiers could have ended up as a car in one of the demolition derby’s MOO

Do note Bunbury number plates on the 80 series Landcruiser

The Number #95 is synonymous with the Krikke Boys Shootout.
Simply, it was the number that Darryl and Jason Krikke always carried on the Sprintcar that Darryl wheeled and Jason wrenched before they were tragically killed in a road accident just north of their hometown in Bunbury in 1997.

J80 (1990 - 1997)
The Land Cruiser 80 series was unveiled in October 1989 at the Tokyo Motor Show and launched in early 1990. It had swing-out back doors, which were replaced by a winch door in 1994. The Land Cruiser was nicknamed the Burbuja (Bubble) in Colombia and Venezuela due to its roundness. The J80 was initially offered in two versions in these countries: the fully loaded VX and an entry level model that included a vinyl interior with optional air conditioning. In 1996

Thanks Pete, I did know that about the confirmation that Claremont Speedway was on those nights, I just wondered if it could be confirmed that the Blake boy/s were competing on those particular nights via the TV show, not that it proves anything, just feel it would make the connection even stronger?

The images of LW house was shown as the reporter said "More than 3000 people have been investigated".

1989 - Cottesloe incident. The man described as short-black hair, close cropped full beard, olive skin, hairy body and slight to medium build.

It would appear the victim was chosen at random – I can only guess she was taken completely by surprise. There’s no mention that the perpetrator said anything. My guess is he just, starred-hard at the victim.

Did she obtain his number plate. Was he driving his own vehicle.

Here is a photo of the same car being searched that was published a year before the arrest. It is LW's car. The news report is showing old footage because they dont have enough new footage for the bulletin.
