In the past WAPOL officers have advised JC's parents that they believe JC to be the CSK's first victim - has their view changed now PeteD?

Re the DNA, do believe that salt water degrades any DNA evidence - this is a layman's view, if there are any experts out there who could clarify would be great.

I do believe there were cigarettes in the ashtray also.
I think you're thinking of Romy Danali's story in the Post in 1998
Someone kindly PM'ed a text version of it to me a fortnight ago.

In relation to my post the other day about a suspicious comment on another forum: I didn't actually mention, assuming people know (but you know what they say about assuming !)... BE's high school nickname was 'Bogsy', and his brother reportedly wrote on this forum that he got that nickname after bogging a car in high school...

The brother said he got the nickname "bogsy" because he was shat on by a blue tongue lizard. That was via Frankie 1972.

Pipidinny Road and sandy track.

Views from sandy track that runs parallel to bitumen road.

Looks like someone's placed a rather large piece of limestone/rock on the sand track that's approximately in line with the white cross marking the site.

Back in 1997, if Pipidinny Road wasn't bitumen, then driving anything other than 4WD would risk getting bogged.

Does anyone know if this section of Pipidinny Road was sealed or just a sand track back in 1997? (Apologies if this point has been previously discussed)

No, the fee is always negotiable. I know this from personal experience. An example is the Ivan Milat trial which was delayed due to wrangles over Legal Aid funding for his Defence Team. The dispute was eventually resolved after a schedule of fees was NEGOTIATED with his Defence. Pro-bono work is another perfect example. This will be my last comment on this thread or this site.

Everyone remain calm!

The 'cab rank' rule we are talking about is that a barrister cannot refuse a brief if the client will pay the barrister's reasonable fee. it isn't negotiable. It may well be, I do not know, that some people have negotiated the fee in a particular case, but that is not the 'cab rank' rule. It is at least century old - and it is way to ensure that everyone can get a proper defence - provided they pay the fee ...

http://www.watoday.com.au/wa-news/m...-serial-killings-reports-20161222-gtgvx4.html shows it as sealed.

31.00 min CIA documentary.
These images show what i think is the deceased ( ciara glennon ).
Credits to the work of #gajafar and #brevette who started looking at photos and film available from documentaries and pointed out particular things . It took two months from when #gajafar first suggested it , before i could understand how to see what's there . It was only when i used negative filters that it appeared certainly to be really there. Its Not easy to see and your welcome to your opinion im not going to convince anyone . the colors are due to different filters applied to the one single screen shot thanks to #brevette .

Full of Unexploded Ordinance as reported to Joondalup Council in their minutes of 24/7/1991.
Not the sort of place to go and get bogged and then start using a shovel then.
When did they clear the UXO?
Warnbro took 25 years to clear, and there were quite a few employed full time on that UXO clearance job.

7 months! Surely the police need to have enough evidence to be able to hold him for 7 months?

Innocent until proven guilty, but 7 months is a long time to wait in jail if he's actually innocent!
