On April 18th, tgy. In exactly two weeks. Unless something has changed.


His lawyer Rob Stary indicated his client would be pleading not guilty. He made no application for bail and was remanded in custody to reappear on April 18.

I recon this’ll have more twists and turns than the Putty Road. What was it that initiated the arrest.

I still won’t be surprised if there’s another woman around.

Getting to proceedings is taking an awful long time. I will be interested to hear the outcome of BR’s trial. I hope the Victorian ODPP have all of their ducks in a row as I still can’t shake the awful feeling in the pit of my stomach that BR isn’t responsible for Karen’s alleged murder. Don’t ask me what it is but, despite my joking around, I still have reasonable doubt at this stage. I’m glad I can’t be called as a juror.

13 December 2017 - this video includes the first public plea. Yes the one we couldn’t find.

1) Why would LE wait one whole month before arresting when they had sufficient evidence and I wonder if Sarah was present.

2) Is it usually the Missing Persons Squad that arrest as I thought it would be in the Homicide Squad.

Borce Ristevski has been charged with one count of murder. The 53-year-old was arrested at 7.20am today by the Missing Persons Squad.

It is understood police were advised at least a month ago there was sufficient evidence to charge.

Thank you for correcting me. I was thinking of the old Missing Persons and Cold Case Squad of the Serious Crimes Unit (now defunct).

Well, if we dont get a subscription to the Herald Sun, we are not likely to hear much detail at all.

I’ve noticed that lately and it’s really impeding my style. I can’t read the articles you referenced above in fact! Previously I could google the headline. I’m hoping someone will go and keep us informed, or the court reporter will do twitter updates.

The good thing is he’s been waiting in gaol all this time getting accustomed to the food, pecking order and lifestyle.
