He has created a new fb page under his GT name and posted within the last hour - a very long post claiming his innocence and how poorly he's been treated by the media.
 
My impression from reading his latest missive is that his Bond-started "lawyer" is feeding arguments to him. Has anyone heard him speak these words? I can't remember if he has made a public statement which wasn't disseminated through the internet.
The claim of Genuine Remorse clashes with the arrogance of cigar-clenching Arnie and proclamation of "I'm Back."
Makes it hard to believe what he's selling.
Just MO.

Murder accused Gable Tostee takes to social media to protest his innocence

MURDER accused Gable Tostee has taken to social media for the second time since his release from prison, this time to protest his innocence.

About 10.30pm last night Tostee posted a lengthy Facebook status acknowledging the approaching one year anniversary of the night New Zealand tourist Warriena Wright plunged to her death from his 14th floor balcony.

I'm pretty sure it was all reported early on - the transcript of his secret recording that is. I didn't see anything new there (that I hadn't read before) but it just reminded me of how dodgy he sounds throughout the whole recording.

A two-year-old boy has been abducted from Cairns, with police desperately searching for a vehicle he is believed to be in.
Police fear Oliver Steer "may be at risk" after being taken from a property on Wiseman Road in Edmonton about 2.05pm.
A man was seen putting the boy into a silver 1998 Ford Falcon with registration number 726-TYN. The car was last seen heading south on the Bruce Highway at Kurrimine Beach.

Does it seem strange wording ... "may be at risk" ? It makes me wonder if this is a family type issue - surely if it was a stranger abduction there would be no question about whether or not this little guy was at risk?

I agree that it will probably turn out to be a family dispute but important nonetheless.
 
A committal hearing for Gable Tostee is scheduled at the Southport Magistrates Court at 9am and the 29-year-old is expected to attend.

Court staff said an application could be made for cross-examination, or if agreed by the parties, a committal with cross-examination would take place.

On Tuesday evening, Tostee's legal team were deciding whether to submit evidence at hearing.

At the end of the committal process, a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for Tostee to stand trial for murder or a lesser charge. He will also have the opportunity to enter a plea.

Such a reading, more than three times the legal Australian driving limit, is considered “high range”...
