Was it <modsnip> rocket fuel that made her 'heavily intoxicated' because by memory only a six pack of beer was purchased.

Who purchased the beer and who supplied the rocket fuel?

At the end of the committal process, a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for Mr Tostee to stand trial for murder or a lesser charge. He will also have the opportunity to enter a plea.

The dick lost weight.

CASE against accused balcony killer Gable Tostee adjourned until next month. :banghead:

I hope the prosecutors haven't stuffed this up :gaah:

The 29-year-old, who was dressed in a light blue shirt, grey pants and was sporting a beard, sat quietly at the back of the courtroom on his mobile phone as he waited for the case to be called.

Meanwhile a separate application to access evidence by the Nine Network will take place at a later date, with prosecutors needing to take instructions from police on whether the material is too sensitive to be published.

Gable Tostee's lawyer Nick Dore was diplomatic about delays to the case, but said his client was anxious for the matter to proceed.

He appeared in the Southport Magistrates Court on Wednesday for what was to be a committal hearing, however the prosecution tendered a list of 30 witnesses from his building who have provided statements electronically.

Magistrate Christopher Callaghan pointed out they needed to be in physical form to bear a signature.

BBM. Thanks for this link Amee. It provides the reason for the adjournment.

Despite the delay, it is reassuring to read that there are so many witnesses.

Yet again he won't speak directly to the media. Never has. Why is that I wonder? Certainly isn't a case of keeping discreetly mum while his lawyer performs his magic.
As Amee pointed out we are likely to be subject to a barrage of self-pity albeit through another medium.
