how very odd.. I thought it was odd that the defence had no questions at all for the pathologist, the DNA folk, the autopsy person.... .. and now, no defence witnesses , no nothin, just Gabe's barrister speaking for Gabe.. . ....

I think they are trying to insinuate that they have no case to answer. They may even say that in their closing summary.
