So, this is my understanding of the evidence of the final moments before Warriena fell. Tostee was on the balcony with Warriena for a full minute struggling with her while she screamed "NO" in sheer terror. There is no clear evidence that Warriena climbed over the railing herself. In fact, there is only ONE hand print on the railing. How could it have even been possible for her to climb over with a single hand? Tostee had been making threats about her going over the balcony all night. She would have been terrified of that balcony. She would have done everything she could to stay away from it. She would have screamed for help from the neighbours all around. She can not possibly have thought she had any chance of making it safely to the balcony below. HOW ON EARTH can the prosecution be alleging she climbed over the balcony herself? That scenario doesn't fit the evidence. It defies logic. There is only one logical explanation of what happened - Tostee put her over the railing and left her hanging while he ran inside and closed the door. The Prosecution is running a case that they must know will most likely result in a verdict of not guilty. Why？What is going on here? Tostee must have some very powerful friends. He is about to get away with murder.

There was a witness 2 stories below who saw her climb over the balustrade unassisted and even spoke to her, warning that she couldn't get out/down that way.
