Because I take Jubes' word for it. He is not a liar. In fact, quite the opposite. He tells the truth, sometimes to his own detriment. imo

You will notice 'the last known person to see William alive' is not mentioned anywhere - but now Jubes has mentioned it because he is sick and tired of their investigation being criticised and his SFR being attacked.

Lindsay has always been protected. imo (As she should be.)
She is mentioned as little as possible, we have only heard little snippets of her statements. I think mostly to say that Lindsay doesn't know what happened, that she didn't know any hidey place William might be, and that she saw a car that looked like daddy's car. Because everyone was wondering what Lindsay saw.
Apologies if this has been asked before but was it clarified that "like daddy's car" referred to the MFC's car?

SA ... you may not have read this article:
It was reported back on August 5, 2019:

https://www.news.com.au/national/crime
20.12.2015: Foster Mother says William’s sister may have been the only witness to abduction and that she knows a “bad person took William”.

There has been nothing that has been released in MSM of police statements and walk throughs and evidence given at an inquest, that the FD was the last person to see WT alive. From all accounts she was the last person known to see him alive along with the FGM and the FFFC before he went around the corner for the last time. So technically correct but still dishonest.

What is being proposed seems counter intuitive to me, GJ cares so much about the truth that they covered up this detail and now he is going to endanger the FD by writing it in his book. His honesty when assessed by the judge for his crime was quite unflattering. Both he and the FFFC have given me the impression that they really don't owe anyone honesty unless they see fit and feel quite justified in their position. A lot of people make allowances for that kind of thinking because they operate that way themselves.

I can imagine a scenario where all 4 of them are on the back deck, WT goes around the corner for the last time, FFFC sings out, "Can you see Daddy's car?" To which she remembers there was no answer. Later when Wendy Hudson is talking to the FD and she says the last she saw, WT was running towards Daddy's car. She is asked why she thinks that and she says, I don't know..... is beacause she heard the FFFC say it and she is just repeating it. IMO

Also, if the FP's are so safety conscious in Sydney about the children sitting on a special seat and waiting for the MFC to pull in the driveway, why would they be completely uncautious when at Kendall?

Also, it could be that the FFFC was the last person to see WT alive, so, for her to suggest that the 4 yo FD might have been the last person to see WT alive is noted by me.

Does anyone have access to the long running FGM walk through with police, published in MSM? I'm struggling to find a copy. TIA

It is possible that FGM heard the car leaving, but she didn't walk around that way to see if the car was gone. She walked the other way, the way that William (and possibly sister, as she is said to be the last known person to see him alive) had run.

I don't think there is any way that she didn't know FM was looking for William ... not when she wandered out to see if FM could be seen.

I wonder how good FGM's longer range eyesight was at her age.
Thanks. The only part which is a direct quote is “bad man took him”. She never said his sister saw the abduction. Being that the journo is Candice Sutton it wouldn’t surprise me if she literally made that part up

and that she saw a car that looked like daddy's car.
Hi SA, I am having a “seniors moment” where did this info come from???

If LT saw another car, that is quite significant ….

In Caroline Overington’s book, Missing William Tyrrell, Chapter 4

LT is quoted as saying this to Detective Nelson -

“Um, William was playing on the balcony and then he went off and he was finding Daddy’s car.’”

Missing William Tyrrell ebook by Caroline Overington - Rakuten Kobo

I don't believe the FGM knew that FFFC was initially looking for WT for at least 25 minutes. I think that was deliberate on the FFFC's part. MOO

JMO - If William's sister was witness to the abduction, did she run back in and tell FFC that William had gone off with a stranger? Has FFC kept that to herself / or did she confide in Jubelin with that snippet?

Excellent point! Especially if LT saw a car like daddy’s as per SA’s post earlier today …..

I think this was the actual article that mentioned the statement from FM …

Same time as when the Christmas Poem was released by the Foster Family.

Are there apps that would allow two people to communicate and for there to be no trace of the contact afterwards?
Snapchat has been around since 2011 …
I know messages disappear after they are seen … Not sure if Police are able to trace them or not back then??? Or even now.?

I'm thinking there would need to be not just a disappearing message, but no metadata to be found. So, nothing to say that a message of any kind was sent.

Like the encrypted app that was released by the AFP and FBI??? It’s not really my forte subject… but I think there were other encrypted apps around ??? Other more techno and younger WSers will know more about it???

Many people of her age have had cataract surgery ... and consequently can have good eyesight. FGM could very well have been one of those.

How can we be sure that William's sister was 'the last known person to see him alive' ... as you have said?

LolaAngelina, SA responded to my posted query ("How can we be sure that William's sister was 'the last known person to see him alive' ... as you have said?:)

Her Response was (extracted from above): "You will notice 'the last known person to see William alive' is not mentioned anywhere - but now Jubes has mentioned it because he is sick and tired of their investigation being criticised and his SFR being attacked."

Edited to corrected LolaAngelina's name; I like your new avatar LolaAngelina.
