Just following a thread with the following links with the idea, that whoever has been quoted in MSM has most likely been interviewed by police.

Property sold June 2013.

John's River map in relation to Middle Brother State Forest. This event occurred May 2013. Wondering if it might be related to WT's disappearance. Wish we could find out exactly where this child was found. 13 hours is a long time for a 2 year old to go missing. MOO

its a bit odd the mechanical repairs real estate address photo is described as a house and looks residential, theres a huge tin garage so maybe its set up with a pit etc to do all mechanical repairs?
its only 17 mins, 18.3 km from benaroon drive and 13 mins to middle brother forest
that does seem like a very long time for a 2 year old to be missing in dense bush in may when its winter

About halfway through the comments, a woman claims her 18 year old son heard the child and went to get him from the edge of a swamp with the help of her brother in law.

The company directors name do not seem to correspond with the names of who lived there, could the people at 31 have been accountants for the business which would legitimise the address as their office?

31 Benaroon Drive Kendall ....shown as office address for Drumderg Excavations Pty Ltd....sold by Kew First National Real Estate....4 blocks along from foster grandma's home on the opposite side of the street.

Their names are in your 1st link.Does not correspond with the name Sharpley is what I am saying.
 
The other child, Tyler, went missing on a Friday at 10.30 am. Strange coincidence.

Weird huh? Couldn't be extreme cases of sibling rivalry could it, with sneaky big sisters steering their pesky little brothers into bushes to go search for a dragon or something. I'm not serious.

Is this the person reported as being the grandparent of 10? Sorry for my bad memory. Lots going on and I'm lost without my files, etc.

The FM walked over to Ann Maree Sharpley's house when WT was 1st found to be missing. She was reading a book inside after dropping her kids off at school and had just come outside for some sun when she saw WT's FM at the gate and came with her to help her look for WT.

Thanks froggy. Sorry for the confusion - there's just so much to remember on the fly from the past two 2 or so years since William disappeared.

Not named and lived farther down the street (address not given). Her husband was also reportedly at home during the time of, and immediately after, the day of William's disappearance.
 
Going to see if I can find some images posted to William's first thread to see if there's any evidence of any heavy equipment at 31.

Just exploring a thought in conjunction with the recent information that's come to light about Tyler's disappearance and the mechanic's business in John's River.
