I am still confused about the laws about questioning minors in disappearances. I am correct in thinking the courts would frown upon it, could be seen as underhanded ?coercing ? (if that is the right word)Even with an advocate present ? So LE don't do interview minors ? Apologies, sometimes it takes me a while to wrap my head around things.
They do, but there is always a child protection case worker present who is looking out for the interests of the child i understand. And i have a foggy memory that is isn't a statement but something else and is treated differently in court.

Does anyone think it's possible that PS had some information he wouldn't
What? A Valium milkshake?!! :D
Remember Doc Watson would prescribe a Valium milkshake for those who would get testy. :D:D

The Baden-Clay thread proved LE and MSM watched and read our posts. We made the papers with our sleuthing.
Doc Watson, a thoracic surgeon told them it was impossible to overdose on those meds and Aunty said she kept getting a bad feeling about the bridge where Alison was found.
A bloody good crowd got too close for comfort.

I am 100% that someone on here already has the answer, why just don't know which one it is

Often perps dispose of bodies in places they know well. Victims, Stephanie Scott, Karen Ristevski, Kiesha Abraham, spring to mind.
Poor little Kiesha. Such a sad story. I want to say, I wish people would just hand over children to authorities if they do not want to be parents or can't handle it. But that does not always better the child's life either in many cases as we know.

Thanks! I have been trying to find this info!

It was Ronald Chapman. The car was a fawn or light brown 4WD, followed by a blue car. The foster parents car was a grey green 4wD, and the foster grandmothers car was a ?blue car.

Reading this article it sounds like Chapman could be mistaken about the car's details. In defence of this dude, if he is the worst at identifying cars, I would be the second worst!

"Chapman was asked whether it was possible he had mistaken the boy – in the back seat of a white Toyota Landcruiser that went by his home – for the grandson of a neighbour who also owned a Spider-Man suit.

“I’m sure it was William Tyrrell that was in the vehicle,” he told the NSW coroner’s court.

The Toyota was followed by a “light blue” and “fairly large” sedan, he said.

“I wouldn’t know what make of vehicle but a six-cylinder because he really had his foot down when he cut the corner,” Chapman said.

He stated he was “the worst in the world” at telling the makes of cars but later saw a Toyota Landcruiser while stopped at roadworks."

Good thinking Prime.
But where? We’ve even sleuthed a stain that looked like blood in the graveyard.
A child screaming in a caravan park, a broken tail light or mirror in the forest, abandoned cars with ropes or chains attached, even dungeons under BS’s house.
Bloody hell we are here AGAIN going around in circles. ;)

Please I want to understand all the laws :)

Maybe @Cleaver Greene can help with these questions????

There is no legal definition of a POI. That person doesn’t get any particular legal rights. It’s just a word thrown around by police and media.

a person becomes a suspect when police have a “reasonable suspicion” that they committed an offence and police can then detain that person for questioning, get search warrants etc.

Thanks, Cleaver. So when Jubelin bugged the ff car that would have required a warrant? Would you say that that would have been as a process illumination or reasonable suspicion? Jubelin mentioned he was pushed by others in the force to do it from memory in his interview (might be wrong here) Just general hypothetical no finger pointing here.

We all thought he was a little boy lost just like little AJ but things didn’t turn out so happily.
I just read NSWPOL conclude the case of missing 'AJ' was misadventure.
Depending on the outcome of this investigation, will the coroner come to the same conclusion for WT except, he wasn't found alive nor his remains uncovered.

When I look back to the early scenes of the FD racing around the neighbourhood and the pics of him looking so sad, and reliving exactly where he searched on the walk through, I just can’t believe he was not genuine, I do believe he adored William, I can’t see him going along with a coverup.

Anyway those freakin’ cars really existed!
There was a realestate photo Makara found of the house with those bloody cars in the background !

HERE there’s a better one showing both cars.

I wonder if Makara is still reading along. I've always missed her. And miss our soso desperately. :(

Let's remember Fred and Rose West and the house of horrors... They sure knew that property well!

LE have specially trained officers to interview kids. Baden-Clays 3 daughters were interviewed. Youngest was 5.

LE have specially trained officers to interview kids. Baden-Clays 3 daughters were interviewed. Youngest was 5.

LE interviewed the 4 year old foster sister at the property on the 15th September.

In the interview, she said; "..William was playing on the balcony and then he went off and he was finding Daddy's car." according to CO's book.

If I’m incorrect let me know but is the creek they’re searching the one beside Cob and Co Road?
If so it’s about a 20 minute walk from Benaroon Drive or a 3 minute drive.
PS knows the bush tracks very well. Could be bush tracks behind his home leading to that area.
No one would ever know if he was not required to
access a known street or road to get there.

One thing that im not sure if was discussed is the news paper
-FGM seen in last photo reading a news paper
-FF is out buying a news paper

Hav the police document what news paper the FGM was reading and what news paper the FF was buying

Seems odd the FGM is reading the news paper same time the FF is out buying a news paper
