AH guys...I think I found him:

Age right
Height right
Heart surgery right
Hair, eye color right
Birthdate is pretty close
Juans hair color is grey, but perhaps the photo that TX state has is older.

James Steven Inocencio:

No info on family but I did find a facebook for a Jame Inocencio in Dallas, and there is a Tricia under his friends list.

Wow Julessleuther....good find! Everything sure seems to fit...the photos are odd to me, but still pretty close. I think if it's him he is much younger in the TXDPS one. Any finds on his missing circumstances? Family tragedy?

Not finding a Juana relation to James Steven Inocencio. Found a Norma Jean. Previous address's in Longview, TX and Waco, TX.

Nice catch Julessleuther!! That could definitely be him. Like I said before- you guys do a GREAT job!

Thanks! Dream, since this is your project, do you want to call TX or should I?

I have not found anything on family members who may have died either (for James). Perhaps he is confusing memories? Perhaps he has family (alive) but had a sister or someone who died in a car accident?

Wow, Jules, that gave me chills! Great find! It sure looks to me like that might be him, especially down to the heart surgery!

Awesome! That definitely fits the profile of our Juan Doe! And I agree, he might be confusing memories. I cannot match the Inocencio last name with any that he provided with reports of car accidents or local obituaries.

Wreck may have happened in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, of which Midlothian is a small (but rapidly growing) suburb.

When I pull up info for James I on intelius, he is listed as having relatives of Norma, Vivian, and Aurelia.

On peoplefinders.com The same are listed:
Norma Jean (47)
Vivian (50)
Aurelia (75)

There is a Norma in Dallas who is a massage therapist. I think she is a sister to James, as Inocencio appears to be her maiden name. She MAY have lived in Los Angeles in the 1990's. (all according to ancestry)

I did not find any prior addresses for OK or NM for James. He was born in TX.

Edit: Ok--Vivian is James ex-wife. She was born in 1959. They divorced in 1997. (Her maiden name as Dickson) It lists one child on the divorce info. SO...either his daughters would be older, or perhaps he has a girl friend who had children, but they did not marry?

OMG!
I think you have found him.
Blessings on you!

Let's scout around a little more first before we say anything to LE.

I wish I were home with PSP so I could do a side by side, but looking at the picture from the library (the Red Rock picture) against the Inocencio picture, I am 100% convinced that this is him.

How did you get to that missing person listing, Jules, if you don't mind sharing the proprietary info? ;)

And I had made notes on the discrepancies he has said.
I thought I would post them later.
I put it down to his memory not working the way it should.

..
But, hey notice, James I was driving a yellow car,
when he disappeared.
Yellow is his favorite color.
Heart surgery.
Date went missing is the right time period.
Looks like him, only his hair is much shorter now.

Can someone post a side by side?

Jules: I want to know also.
I remember checking NM, TX, AZ sites before I even talked with him.

I think it is him.

I put the pics side by side, just on the computer and the face shape, everything.

I think I will call TX Dept. of Public Safety now.
He either is or he is not.

Here is a side by side:

His wife (Vivian) is/was: Vivian Delight Dickson still researching for children, birth certs etc. Her fathers name was Lewis Eugene and he died in 1977. I even found a photo of him on ancestry!

"Ancient chinese secret" LOL. Just kidding...I just googled Texas missing persons. I know in the past with other cases that even though we have searched, that a family member may not report someone missing until much later, so thought I would see if there were any new postings.

Ok--I found James daughters name (with ex-wife Vivian). Amber and she was born in 1988. Has same middle name as Mom.

Just found a listing through www.pipl.com for a birth record for Amber Delight Inocencio with the father listed as James Stephen Inocencio - it's through Ancestry, so if anyone has a subscription, maybe check that out and see if it gives any more information?

--------------------------------------------------------

Let me make sure I understand the question.
Ask him if he knows what national computer magazines are?
And if he used to go to computer message boards?
Or online computer sites?

He did say he thinks he can use a computer.
But he does not have access to one now.
There are computers at the library, but so far, he has not used one.
He does not have a private phone.
There is no email access where he lives.

I could have sworn I read where you mentioned he felt he was an electrician, he also said he thought he liked computers and working with them. This is why I said, if he's into computers he probably reads the big computer magazines - Maximum PC - PC Gamer - Smart Computing. Depending on how into them he is, he might go to MPC's forum and/or web site to ask questions about upgrading his computer; asking what parts to buy.

As I said, I build and go to these message boards and may have been able to do something by posting his info at one of the sites.

Fabulous work.
Funny how he thought 3/2 when his birthday is 2/2 - Farrah Fawcett's birthday. lol

IMO, it looks like him. He's changed his hair; he said he felt it was how he used to wear it (length) and was brushing it different ways to see if he remembered something.

As far as his memories of a wife & kids - who knows? Possible he didn't remember that right either.

Wow...that side by side sealed the deal for me. Again, great job julessleuther!

Wonder where the memories are from???

I did find a Sylvia I. born in 1964 and died in 1995...(from Laredo, TX)... trying to find a connection. It appears that she married someone with the last name Cortinas and had two children. There are a number of living siblings for her, so maybe James is a brother? Looking for an obit...

Edit: Found Sylvias birth and marriage info: Her father is Roberto I and mother is Elijia Natalia Cruz. Husband is Noel Cortinas. Sylvia was born Dec 25, 1964.

Ahhh!! New edit: Sylvia has/had a sister named San Juanita-born 1961. There is also a sister Norma, but not Norma Jean. COusins of James?

I just got off the phone with
missing persons clearinghouse, Austin, TX.

The investigator took info, asked me to email her his pictures.
I emailed the newspaper articles.
She feels it does look like James I.

She is calling LE right now and will call James' counselor.

She did say she would call me back and let me know for sure.
It may not be until tomorrow.

note:
She did say that James I left after a family meeting about the health of his mother.
He left and then disappeared.
She also said he was laid off from his job recently.
But did not have any further information.
