Ex-BF can still be tried for the pedo charges. Jusdt whatever he says on this trial can't be used against him;

Prosecutors say the immunity agreement doesn't prevent authorities from filing *advertiser censored* charges against Flores. Instead, they say the agreement bars authorities from using any statement that Flores makes during the murder trial in a *advertiser censored* case.
