M: While on road what were E's whereabouts, contacts, etc

T: E never gave specific details. Talked about underground, dom violence shelter, hotels. feels like a fool that E was lying to them. not sure anything E said was true

M: what about underground

T: E very secretive. would not give any details. had to force info out of her. T asked about formula, diapers - not brought up by E. what if they got a flat tire and somebody killed both of them (huh?)

M: how would you describe E & demeanor

J: only short time. stable, depressed. let's babysit until we can figure out what you and Logan want to do. now thinks deceptive. wasn't a good person

M: E wanted to call you from jail yesterday. what do you think she wanted?

J: not sure. she has no support. she trusts us. we got a FB message that jail went on lockdown and that's why E couldn't call

My best guesses:

1) announce that Tammi and Jack are no longer persons of interest

2) inform the public about ground searches, explaining that they are conducting them because it's their job and they owe it to Gabriel to cover all bases

3) announce that Eliz is in AZ and what she's been charged with

The thing is, planned pressers are rarely big news. It's the ones that they announce will take place in an hour or two that are big news.

Planned pressers seem to me to usually just give a statement of whatever currently known facts can be released to ensure the public that the LE they are paying their tax dollars to are doing their job.

No bombshells. Maybe a nugget or two.

I agree, and furthermore Logan is the only father Gabriel has known (unless you count JS, and I don't).

That being said, I have seen tons of pictures posted on the FB group for Gabriel. For the most part, he looks like Elizabeth, but there are many pictures at different angles where he looks EXACTLY like Logan.

I think there's going to be no doubt Gabriel's father is Logan. Another tactic by Elizabeth to make him angry.

Hopefully we will hear that progress is being made in the investigation and that LE believes Gabriel was placed with an adoptive family according to information provided by Janet Morris, an adoption specialist/social worker in Tennessee.

Hopefully we will hear that efforts are being made to locate the adoptive family and have Gabriel returned to Logan within the next 24-48 hours.

Hopefully we will hear that an arrest warrant as been issued for Tammi Fay Peters Smith for aiding and abetting, interfering with child custody, and coercion. I exclude Jack only because I don't think he really knew what Tammi was up to.

Hopefully we will hear that attorney's for Logan have filed a defamation lawsuit against Tammie Fay Peters Smith and will seek possession of their million dollar home where he will raise his son is the lap of luxury. :dance:
 
I honestly don't think JS knew in the beginning what was going on. I think all TS told him was we get to adopt Gabriel, when the whole time shady dealings were going on behind his back. However, i do believe he knows what TS's role is now and he is now trying to help her with a CMA scenario. I could be wrong and he could have known all along or then again, maybe he still doesn't know the extent of TS's role in the whole situation! JMO
 
After watching the interview with Matt Lauer, I think they BOTH knew what they were doing.

Someone needs to clue them in that being a "person of interest" in a LE investigation is generally not a good thing. JS acts like he won the lottery by being named a POI!

They are stranger than fiction on a good day....JMO

Tammi says (paraphrased):

First night (Dec 9) had police at their home. Police said for them to keep Gabriel there. "Keep him here, keep him safe."

Within 2 days realized Logan wanted custody.

Never saw E kiss or hug G


Maggie Rodriguez says she's talked to Logan and he told her he thinks E is capable of having harmed Gabriel.

Feels like a fool E was lying to them? I cannot believe that they really believed everything this girl told them. seriously. I don't. They are covering their butts now IMO.

They seem so PLEASED! Especially him -- but it's just another tactic to make themselves look good, and they probably think we're all just going along with it. I bet they think we're all just smiling away at them from at home - well, then again, I was laughing . .
 
I believe the main reason they were on the Today Show today was to try to redeem themselves in that they formerly defended EJ and put down Logan, now they're seeing the 'errors of their ways.'

They feel like a fool! :slap:....You think!?:rolleyes:

Now she has another REASON for the posting on 12/23. No explanation it was for Logan's benefit. :waitasec:

Boy, they look a little worse for wear here, even more so than yesterday!

Now they're saying "Elizabeth wanted to 'call them' yesterday!":croc:

FWIW, in the presser today, Logan is going to be on.

Logan has not been interviewed on television for a few days now, has he?
