The 'ever worried' email from Eliz just posted on FB. A portion of it, Tammi gave to NG and had a big long story about how Eliz sent it on Dec 22/23.

You can get the exact dates for what they're referring to from Jack and Tammi's MS and FB posts on Dec 22/23.

God! I was just working on those dates to post and now this throws a wrench in it. A BIG wrench, Tammi!

GRACE: How often did the mom — mommy, 23-year-old Elizabeth Johnson contact you while she was between Tempe, San Antonio, and Miami Beach?

J. SMITH: Well, between.

T. SMITH: Do you mean once she left?

GRACE: Yes.

J. SMITH: She didn`t contact us any between here and there. We only found out when we did the MySpace thing and found her account and then we.

T. SMITH: And then she texted us that message.

J. SMITH: We text her and all that.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Now I`ve got that message and it says — I`ve got it right here. It says, “I am ever worried this e-mail can be traced to where I am, so I probably won`t e-mail again. But I had to let you know, we are all right, because I know you must be worried sick and I am so sorry for that. I really am.”

What was she worried about? Why was she worried about being traced if she had done nothing wrong, Tammi?

T. SMITH: Well, once we did start to talk to her, she said that her plan was to keep running.

GRACE: Running from what?

T. SMITH: Just — she didn`t want Logan to have the baby and we couldn`t adopt the baby because Logan wouldn`t sign the papers. So her idea was to just keep running forever. And we told her you can`t run forever. They`re going to find you. And that`s all in the documents with all the FBI and all that stuff.

OKAY, now I have a connection that for some reason I did not make before! This is the MS comment that LE traced to Miami. Thanks Beane, that is why your hard work is so important. I feel dumb:o
 
So as of 12/29 at 6:45 in the evening, Eliz was telling Tammi that Gabriel was with her and fine and in fact great.

I am even more sure that Gabriel is no longer with us.

Prayers for sweet Gabriel.

IDK. for some reason I think he is alive and I think this was all fake to make it seem like the Smith's had nothing to do with it.

I'm going back further to see if possibly this Layla happened to be created somewhere in December.. .She sure does like her farms though on FB!

And in the rest of that message, Eliz is saying Gabriel is with her and fine and great, but she's in Florida, and Gabriel wasn't even with her on the bus.

I am even more sure that Elizabeth killed sweet Gabriel.

More importantly, why wouldn't TPS just post the darn things herself? Manipulating another young woman? She's so gooood at it!
 
I think things were going just as the Smiths and EJ planned.....til Logan got the death text. That accelerated everything and EJ and the Smiths went to panic mode.

LE has copies of the e-mails, right?

TEMPE, AZ -- The mother of an 8-month-old boy who has been missing since late December was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

Elizabeth Johnson was indicted on charges of kidnapping, chid abuse, custodial interference, and conspiracy to commit custodial interference.

Officials say Johnson fled the state with her son during the week of December 22 in an apparent custody dispute.

On Friday, Tempe officials confirmed that detectives have searched the home of a Scottsdale couple considered 'persons of interest' in the case of missing 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson.

Tempe Police Department spokesperson Mike Horn confirmed that a search warrant was served at Tammi and Jack Smith's home near 160th Street and Rio Verde Trail Thursday night.

Horn would not say what detectives were looking for, but it's likely investigators are interested in computers and any of the Smiths' travel documents.

Detectives were at the home for several hours and left early Friday morning.

I realize that a lot of people here have assessed Tammi as being a whole lot smarter than I have.

IMO, there is no question that Tammi has done some things immoral, possibly illegal, in trying to get Gabriel for herself. But it is clear that Elizabeth went rogue, and acted entirely on her own in either murdering Gabriel or giving him away.

Her stories surrounding giving him away just don't seem logical, reasonable, or truthful. She was in a rage at Logan. She'd already tried giving Gabriel away as a means to hurt Logan. It didn't work. I think she went rogue and moved on to Plan C.

All IMO. I could be quite wrong.

I would guess trying to figure out what we are allowed to do regarding FB.

Everytime I think we have it figured out, somebody says the thread is gonna be closed because of what members are doing.

I'm so confussed...I don't dare do the FB thing because I don't have a clear understanding of what is allowed. :waitasec:

I agree 100%

and then possibly they figured out a way to meet up and get the baby.
or
they went even more crazy on elizabeth and she truly did just hand the baby over to strangers
