Everytime I think we have it figured out, somebody says the thread is gonna be closed because of what members are doing.

I'm so confussed...I don't dare do the FB thing because I don't have a clear understanding of what is allowed. :waitasec:

IMHO if we don't mention WS, and we don't bring posts from here to there, what we do is our business. Mods, please correct me if I'm wrong. I've had conversations with Tammi, that I have not, nor am willing to share here.

TEMPE, AZ -- The mother of an 8-month-old boy who has been missing since late December was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

Elizabeth Johnson was indicted on charges of kidnapping, chid abuse, custodial interference, and conspiracy to commit custodial interference.

Officials say Johnson fled the state with her son during the week of December 22 in an apparent custody dispute.

On Friday, Tempe officials confirmed that detectives have searched the home of a Scottsdale couple considered 'persons of interest' in the case of missing 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson.

Tempe Police Department spokesperson Mike Horn confirmed that a search warrant was served at Tammi and Jack Smith's home near 160th Street and Rio Verde Trail Thursday night.

Horn would not say what detectives were looking for, but it's likely investigators are interested in computers and any of the Smiths' travel documents.

Detectives were at the home for several hours and left early Friday morning.

Conspiracy doesn't necessarily have to involve anyone else besides yourself. It just means you intended to circumvent the law.

Layla is following right along - explaining that Tammi sent her the e-mails and said she could post them because Tammi didn't know how. She wants WS to back away because we have nothing better to do. Layla does not want to be bashed as she has nothing to do with this case . . .

I hate to say this again, but I truly believe that Elizabth killed little Gabriel.

I've been saying for days they need to be searching dumpster routes and landfills.

Every day that continues to pass will make it that much harder to find his body.

I'm sorry to write this, but I believe it is the truth.

I realize that a lot of people here have assessed Tammi as being a whole lot smarter than I have.

IMO, there is no question that Tammi has done some things immoral, possibly illegal, in trying to get Gabriel for herself. But it is clear that Elizabeth went rogue, and acted entirely on her own in either murdering Gabriel or giving him away.

Her stories surrounding giving him away just don't seem logical, reasonable, or truthful. She was in a rage at Logan. She'd already tried giving Gabriel away as a means to hurt Logan. It didn't work. I think she went rogue and moved on to Plan C.

All IMO. I could be quite wrong.

Well BeanE, if you're wrong, then so am I and it wouldn't be the first time nor will it be the last! Sadly, I agree with every word of your post ...moo though..

I could be wrong but it sounds like they took it? Did she post something later that I missed?

Don't think so. She was up and at em early this morning. Unless she went to a Starbucks. Who knows.

This is my belief. to conspire is to plan with some one else. The interference charge is her personal intent to circumvent the law. jmo
