Sgt. Hawke is not aware of any specific surveillance that's in place now, but she wouldn't confirm it even if she did know of any.

There had been calls to their address previously but not sure if the Celis' lived there. Minimal calls (TPD calls).

Aware of CPS' previous involvement.

Several weeks of investigation still left to do before they can evaluate the case for next steps.

Whoah! wait a minute. Is it true that CPS had contact with the Celis family prior to April 2012? If so, how did I miss this tidbit?

Officials with CPS and the Tucson Police Department recently said the child-welfare agency had been involved in the case since Isabel was reported missing on April 21. But Wednesday morning, Pacheco said investigators were aware CPS had made contact with the family much earlier.

I hope this helps ...

We still have quite a bit of investigative activity to pursue. That's going to take several weeks into the future.

LEOs have already gotten their assignments for the next 1, 2, or 3 weeks. Looking quite a ways into the future.

There were some bones found earlier today. About 10:53 this morning. Not sure yet if they're human or animal.

Good grief...weeks of assignments ahead? What the H happened to this child?

Bones look like they've been there for quite some time. Homicide team is out there excavating now.

I don't know Prof or Pieper4, but I was thinking understanding the math is understanding LE. That being said, I Was hoping a *Verified Stats Whiz was here! lol. Can't blame a girl for trying?

Although stats plays a key role in my research and I love it, I have not received my VSW. ;)

If there is no reason to believe she is not alive then the cadaver dog never hit in anything. It had to be a different type of dog.

Sgt. Hawke very much doubts the bones are related to Isa's case. They appear to be very old remains and also the location.

It just gets to me when LE states: "We haven't come across any signs that indicate that she's not alive."

Talking about the old DeAnza drive-in & finding bones construction company found them. Carefully excavating them. They don't believe they are Isa, appear like they have been there for a long time. Found this morning.
