There is a theory that someone kidnapped Lindsey because this person spotted her while driving through McCleary for Sexual intentions and then killed her. Does anyone know his whereabouts on June 26th 2009.

Oh - my - someone mentioned her name on another thread - I'm going WHAT? An Arrest??! And found my bookmark, and turns out I did not hit "Watch" thread - but finally caught up with all your posts & articles.
I've been following this case from the beginning, and I too apoligize to Sergio - he seemed too.... shifty I guess....

Wondering - will the 2 girls cases be merged into one - or just the trial thread for both of them listed as the thread title? Off to read up on Maribel's case.

If someone can find out his location in late June of 2009 and it’s in Washington then I will submit the tip to the email provided.

Ok it seems he was incarcerated when Lindsey was abducted and murdered so I guess that rules him out as a suspect unless he got parole.

I really hope none of the photos he had in his possession were of these two children.

I remember thinking how strong Steve Greone...had to have been when he viewed the video tape taken by Duncan during the entire 6..7 weeks he tortured and raped Dylan and Shasta. He even videoed it when he murdered Dylan.

Steve said it was the hardest thing he ever had to see but he felt he had to do it for Dylan and Shasta. He said his two children had to endure it all and the least he could do for his children was suffer through watching the video so he could fully understand what they had to go through. I think it helped him bond with Shasta. She didn't have to tell him what all they endured. He knew all too well.

But I am sure there have been times when he wishes he could erase it from his memory forever.

I also hope the police can locate all children in the photos and if found..I hope they get justice too.

It does make me wonder once kidnapping Isa..and Maribel if he took them back to his apartment to rape and murder them there?

In a news conference Saturday morning, officials announced 22 charges against 36-year-old Christopher Clemens, including two counts of first degree murder, two counts of kidnapping a minor, two counts of burglary and 14 separate counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

"I’m so happy for justice for my beautiful daughter and the Celis family. I want to deeply express my gratitude and thankfulness to law enforcement and especially Detective Flores from the PCSD. I want to thank the Tucson community for their caring thoughts and overwhelming support. They never forgot my daughter. I know Maribel is up there dancing with joy...and happy that this is all happening. My family and I are still struggling to digest this all. It’s bittersweet. A lot of emotions because this doesn’t bring my daughter back. I just hope he pays for his evil actions."
