It was a party night ..hanging out for an extended period while also completing a task is not so unusual. We've gone to the 24/7 to pick up a few things in the middle of the night but did not return home immediately as sometimes we hang around in the warm evening weather or drive and chat to relax. There are reasonable scenarios that might explain the extended trip time.

But you would have to ignore alot to believe a reasonable scenario.

I am really really curious as to what the video footage at Walmart shows...
- Who all really went to Walmart?
- What was actually bought?
- Did anyone in that household actually go to Walmart?
- Did they only "meet"with others in the parking lot?
- ???

Their home must be very handy to Walmart. Isn't that where the accused went to shoplift a new set of clothes/shoes, leaving his bloody ones there?
From what I've seen these people are clueless...is it a stretch to even suggest the three of them piled into the van and went to Walmart together, to solve the
bloody clothing issue?
Maybe the 'mom" and step dad didn't think at the time their friend had Isabella's blood on his clothes...but were okay thinking it was someone else's?
Who knows, I can't get inside the heads of users and addicts....you would think this crew would be trying to preserve every brain cell they started out with.

It was Labor Day, a national holiday. Many people use those holidays as a excuse to drink, (and/or do drugs), eat crappy food and generally act stupid setting off fireworks.

Oh, it gets more and more tangled the closer you look. Poor Bella goes missing late Monday night/early Tuesday morning. She's found deceased Wednesday and the very next day dear charming step-dad who takes mom to Walmart for school lunch snacks at 11pm on a school night (for 90 minutes or so)... is arraigned in Mohave Co. for theft, theft of a firearm and misconduct with a weapon, for his part in a city-wide burglary ring. http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news...cle_6e9d7628-3404-11e4-a9ac-001a4bcf887a.html

I just have to question, were there ANY law-abiding citizens in this little girl's life??

Well, that didn't take long. So stepdad is part of a burglary ring. The surprises just keep coming.

I can't dredge up any sympathy for these people. They chose to live this lifestyle and they forced Bella to live it too. As far as I'm concerned Bella and her sister are the only victims in this case. Shame on her mom, shame on her stepdad and shame on grandma for letting her son bring convicted criminals into her home.

If Justin is a heroin addict, and he was known to stay at their house for days at a time, I would bet that mom and her man are both heroin users too. Or in the least they are opiate addicts.. Pills, etc. before they left to walmart it sounds like there might have been quite a few people hanging out, kind of chaotic even.. This to me, along with the late hour, sounds like they were going to score dope. Quite possibly justin was counting on getting high, and was highly agitated.. Waiting. Previous post say he was volatile. So he is with Bella and the walmart trip seems like days, he is sick. Probably thinks he is somehow getting cut out of this dope deal, so the text to mom was his insane form of manipulation.. I don't know what he texted if it was a threat that he then acted upon but.. All I'm saying is there is a major drug use feeling in this story. Also I can imagine that 911 call, step dad got high already. That explains his behavior and when he says mom is upstairs distraught, she is actually fixing. Just a possibility, my opinion. Bella should have stayed with gma, but mom sees$$ and it's all about her. So sad about this I can't sleep...

MODNOTE: For the umpteenth time, extended family members are OFF LIMITS. You can comment on the mother's statements to the media, and you can comment on the recent indictment of the stepdad ONLY because it occurred just days ago. Beyond that, grandmothers, uncles, first cousins shouldn't be mentioned at all except as pertains directly to the crime, according to LE and MSM reports.

None the wiser SCHMAE, a few MSM outlets are referring to RF as 'husband' Whether they got married or she just calls him her husband IDK, not seen it confirmed by MSM

I do not understand why none of the reporters questioned the mother on her blaring inconsistencies! I understand they are trying to appear sensitive to the fact this woman lost her child, but I don't think the public would scorn the reporter for trying to get the truth. I've heard RF referred to as fiancé, boyfriend, husband, and common-law husband in MSM and here. They do refer to themselves as husband and wife along with all the daughter, grandmother, etc. references. I've found that to be a practice among people who are not legally married, though.

The fact is, unless they are legally married, they shouldn't be referred to as husband and wife by any legal terms.

Common law marriages do not exist in the state of Arizona. Regardless of the time spent cohabitating or shared property, common law marriages in Arizona is not recognized and the only way to be married is through the appropriate ceremony. Laws forbid common law marriage in Arizona through setting specific standards for a wedding to be recognized as well as conditions that when present would make a marriage invalid and subject to annulment. Common law marriages in Arizona does not factor into child support obligations, which exist regardless of the marital status of the biological parents. -

SPECULATION FOLLOWS:

Really, the trip for "snacks" does seem hinky. Was it a really a trip to obtain cash? When they did not return in time with cash for JRR did he then decided to take payment in some other way? Had he been played too many times by certain individuals?

Is it only as simple as JRR is a sick criminal who opportunistically attacked a child?
