The parents are also criminals. Heck even I am a criminal. I got busted for smoking pot in Virginia Beach when I was 19.

Baker, just so you don't feel left out, I'd like to remind you that even NOT getting busted and smoking pot is a crime, except in a few states. Loads of people are doing drugs right now and drinking and driving and are criminals. Just because you are not caught by LE , does not mean it's legal. so If he's picked up ((3:15 - 3:30)) that means he's awol from 00:30 hrs..........so when did TG & her hubby leave? plus that doesn't jibe with his playing around w/kids at 11:30 pm does it.....

however, I do recall, hearing ((presser?)) he was on CCTV at Walmart at 03:00 so....it's more like four hours he was missing if we base it on what Bella's sister recalled (LE)

So the whole walmart thing is weird in general. How far away was Bella's body from her house? Has there been any discussion as to how she got there? Did she walk? Did he have a car? Any chance this parents were involved?

I've had some of these very same questions since day one. I really, really want to know how Bella got to her grave site. I really, really want to see Walmart security videos of the parking lot and the store. I want to see who was riding in that vehicle with the mother and boyfriend.....REALLY!

Speculation: the family does not appear to be gainfully employed. Government assistance-food stamps and welfare are often deposited the 1st few days of the month. So that leave two reasons for the late night trip, both legal and not. They could have sold/traded their food stamps that night. Or they could have run out towards the end of the month and legitimately needed to go to the store that night. 2 hours is excessive. We have major food allergies and I read every label with my kids in tow, and I'm still out in an hour.

It was mom, dad/bf whatever and a GROUP of friends who supposedly went to Walmart to buy snacks for the kids! And, I really doubt they have ever read a label for allergies or anything else. Can't wait to see this group on Walmart camera strolling down the aisles gathering snacks for the kids.....I won't hold my breath! :waiting:

With what seems like so many people coming and going at the house, it could've been anyone, not necessarily the perp.

My hunch is the kids were playing hide-and-seek outside, and JR lured Bella away as part of the game. I'm thinking he was on foot the entire time. At least that's the version I'm going with for now. With this case, the options of what version to chose are limitless.

Just taking a stroll down Justin James Rector Criminal History Lane and wanted to see if there were ever charges of any animal cruelty (the reason I was asking about the whole pet strangling claim) and didn't see any. Interestingly enough, what I also do not see is kidnapping or murder charges, so I don't know how often this is updated but the shoplifting at the top of the list here is from this week - his little Walmart trip. The one thing that stands out to me is the supposed msg from JJR that night saying that he had Bella. If this was something he planned on covering up why in the world would he send that msg? I think she was alive when he sent it...but JMO.

Would an 8 yr old girl leave home with El Creepo at midnight without calling out to GM or her sister?
