In the monster's original story, I could swear she said Jhessye was inside watching TV when she left, the OTHER kids were outside cleaning the backyard. THEY said they did not see Jhessye.

Not true!! Her own sisters and Gma Hattie both told police they suspected the monster did something to Jhessye. Not to mention the people who actually raised Jhessye and made the CPS reports all along!!!!

BS!!! Shirley was collecting welfare from the State of California, while the kids were living with "it". They were both milking the system in two different states!!

I have no idea why Shirley has not had to face charges for this?

Jerice says no one disagrees with her parenting and she has nothing to hide and oh yeah, her mom sent her $250 for her birthday. Well, except for the fact that CA disagreed to such an extent that they sent her to prison for child abuse, that the people who raised Jhessye called CPS with concerns, and her mom was sending her the money she got from CA CPS for the children her mom returned to her custody unauthorized.

yuh huh. Alrighty then. OMG I wish the jury could be told the facts and the background on Jerice and this case. ARGGGG I am with you believe09, my stomach is all knotted. This jury must see past the holes. And into the pieces of the interrogations that they were told to not worry about (those gaps where detectives talked with her about that very past)

Deep breath. They must see. Come on prosecutors. Keep hammering the inconsistencies home, again and again.

The jury will get the whole truth about Jerice, believe me. They will hear about her prison stint for child abuse, they will hear that her mother turned custody of the children when she wasn't supposed to, they will learn that Jhesssye's father was in prison. I wish the story could come out strictly in order, but it has to come out through the proper witnesses. It will be an easy puzzle for the jury to put together!

Sorry for the lack of attention and thanks on all the wonderful posts. My modem had a major burp and we were without internet and phone for a while. Luckily, I could follow through the e-mail updates already on my computer. I hope to be around in real time today.
