While addressing those three points Black said, "This is a very serious case, involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony" For him to now come out and say he was just responding to the ex- law enforcement dudes comments is just a joke. The whole defense team are not qualified to take on a case like this. This trial is going to cost a fortune between court costs, paying private investigators, forensics specialists, etc. We already know damned well the A's have no money. Casey would be better off at this point to let the court appoint her an attorney, and be done with Baez. Baez would be best off walking away before he makes an even bigger A$$ out of himself in the public eye. This case will not make him famous. When the State is done chewing him and his team up, and spitting them out nobody will hire them on. JMO

I saw the interview too. I think he is now in covering his b*tt mode.

They can do as much damage control and backpedal all they want, but they can't unring the bell.
 
I have said from the beginning that he is a joke of a lawyer. Unprofessional and at times totally inappropriate.

JB "From day one......" I am so sick of JB and CA using this phrase. Unfortunately for Caylee, kc's day one was Caylee's day 31. kc deserved everything she has gotten since her "day one".
 
1.) Was he serious? Why in the WORLD would he announce a press conference to simply state he is a good enough attorney to represent KC? Is he that insecure about his qualifications? Jeez-o-pete...the whole time I was watching it I got an all over warm and fuzzy feeling about him being the one to represent KC. I SOOOO can't wait for the trial.

2.) I can't stand when lawyers try and make the truth seem like a lie and a lie seem like the truth. We, the public, are not idiots. You may have been able to snow the Anthony's with your BS about being qualified and a great attorney but you CAN NOT convince me of the same and also convince me that I did not hear with my own two ears what was said about Caylee being dead. Period.

4.) Why in the world would they walk across traffic like that? I SO wanted someone to throw something out of their car at him. Anything....an empty soda bottle, a piece of pizza....a squirrel if they had one handy....
