Bar Complaint Against Former Lawyer Picazio Filed By Crystal Sheffiel

Has anyone figured out why Crystal and family where taking donations from that community in the first place? I mean come on setting up money jars in every gas station and convincing a local dealership to allow a truck raffle and all proceeds go to the Sheffield family. How about asking for or excepting donations at a tent in front of your missing child's neighborhood. How in good conscious could they ask this community to reach into their pockets to support Crystal when this mother lived 2 hrs away and had not payed a dime in child support and only has visitation 4 days a month. I can not even imagine what it was like for the Cummings Family to endure all these things and not have lashed out at these self serving criminals. I pray that LE is ready for answers and start putting the pressure on the right pipes.
ETA:This is my last rant on this I do apoligize I am just so angry that this mother and family chose to honor HaLeigh this way. I hope their money scam dried up with Kim's two faced confession that was made public.
Tomorrow is a new day and I will be ready to help ELLE fill in the facts and I hope with the few facts we do have and a clear view, WE WILL FIND HALEIGH.

I don't know texasmommy, it sures sounds pretty bad so far. I'm sure it will all be looked into, but I would rather they use their resources right now to concentrate on finding HaLeigh. None of that chit really matters to me at this point, no doubt it will be handled at the proper time by the appropriate persons. I just don't believe it's priority at the moment in the minds of most, ya know?

LE has not released the results of Misty's, nor any lie detector tests. We only know the results of ONE of Misty's LDT - the one that Tim Miller set up. So yes - Misty failing "several" LDTS *IS* a rumor unless LE gives the results of her LDTS and unless they state that she has failed.

I do believe that there is info out there that more than one lie detector has been considered "failed"

harleynana - I could bash Crystal for being an unfit Mother for making her daughter addicted to drugs in the womb...it would not change the facts about one Ronald Cummings.

Link please. LE has stated that no polygraph results will be given to anyone. And they haven't. We ONLY have the results of the tests that Misty took courtesy of Tim Miller.

One example from TJ Hart's interview with Johnny Greenwood.

Greenwood: We cannot divulge any information about results of any polygraphs or who has or has not taken one recently.

Didn't Miller say he paid for ALL of it? When did it change to the bf just bought the tickets? I must have missed that.

Dots, there are close to 100 pages of info. Is it the pdf that is giving you a problem? I can convert it to a word doc. but not until tomorrow when I get to work.

It was Chloe that was born w/ narcotics in her system, yes, that is a fact disclosed by KP.

Did the bar association investigate the reports that Crystal said she was not notified of the custody hearing, and found that she was notified? Could someone explain that to me?

You can look that up for yourself in the court documents. It records EVERYTHING that happens in a hearing or case. It shows all parties of when they are served, who was there, what was decided etc.

I think too many people JUMPED in to save this mother to keep hating Ron but at least Ron stepped up and acted like a parent. He didnt and doesnt have to keep custody of his children.....

The court orders the payment be made and then the court sends it to the receiving parent. Until Haleigh is found one way or another, she will have to pay child support....
Why would they take JR? he is being watched by everyone and is not being mistreated or he wouldnt be in that home.....
