This thought has bothered me for ages and I see a poster brought it up the other day. IIRC there wasn't much discussion on it, perhaps everyone was over on the NY escapees thread.
In the very beginning of this BK case, BK was home with a male friend drinking
/doing drugs all night while NG was out with a male friend that had allegedly lived with BK and NG for a while and was at one time suspected to be a drug dealer (I am very carefully wording this as to not be accusatory to any one).
BK posted a picture of she and said male on cell phone in a hug position. As jealous as we have heard NG was of her, I am sure this set his temper off.
After NG arrived home, I have heard numerous stories as to what happened. But IIRC, NG did go upstairs to where BK was. It is after that the story gains legs and goes in different directions.
My point is that nothing is mentioned about all this that happened prior to NG arriving home. What did he do immediately upon walking in the door? NG had time to go upstairs, have a few words with BK, a few punches, and/or put her in the tub if she wasn't in it. A very few minutes is all it would take.
From what I've read, this case starts when NG's male friend takes the cable guy to the master bedroom and the friend discovers BK in the tub. To me, the start of this story is what I posted above. Is there a reason LE is leaving the precursor out? TIA.
