I do want to mention that it is entirely possible her workload & being tired all the time did mess with her memory of events and details. I know, I know, many of you are thinking "oh come ON!" but realistically, there are lots of people that can take on a heavy & demanding workload but have the memory of a sieve as a direct result of that workload. My hubby is one of those people, so I know first hand what it's like. Just wanted to point out that she may not actually be lying about that.

I had an old boyfriend just like your hubby. Worst memory retention in the world. I had to constantly remind him about things.

Pillay now showing the texts between Millard and Noudga from May 8, where he talks about a "mission."
by Adam Carter 11:50 AM

In these messages, Millard asks her if she wants to come help with "shredding paper." She responds "In the fancy new paper shredder?"
by Adam Carter 11:51 AM

Court now seeing a photo taken from Millard's Maplegate home in May of 2013. There's a box for a paper shredder. Noudga says that's what she thought he was talking about.
by Adam Carter 11:54 AM

Noudga says when she saw Millard on May 9, he looked "sad, weary and had a lethargic look to him."
by Adam Carter 11:55 AM

Noudga agrees that Millard was "quiet and sombre" that night. She says she didn't know if something was wrong, but he didn't want to talk about it.
by Adam Carter 11:56 AM

So he would have said these things anyway...or there was an escalation in his love...which is it, Pillay?

Wow- a 5 year sailing trip around the world!!! That sounds rich!! lol

Just lock these two idiots away and let them get on with their daily prison shower missions.

Pillay says #Millard's letters to Noudga made it clear it would be years before he was freed/acquitted, he didn't expect her to wait.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 8m8 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
In one of Millard's early letters, he said he didn't expect her to wait. She agrees. #Bosma

Pillay says she testified about her texts with him on May 8, 2013. Yes, she says. Going back to those now. #Bosma

Now that Pillay has confirmed he was a sycophant, can we get on to his mission plans?

"He got more affectionate towards me, but still with the same sombre personality."

Noudga asks: 'mission go well?' #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Seeing the texts now between them where he says "still going on mission...want to come help?" #Bosma

Well. He texted her that he loved her before jail after two years together. I'm convinced now that his jailhouse letters were only sincere expressions of his love and not with intent to keep her connected and on his side. I'm glad we have cleared that up.........(I can't find my sarcasium font)

Maybe showed expression of love before but those jailhouse letter were just mushy, jail man talk! I knew one just like him! Unfortunately I had a kid with him before his criminal life started.
Letters and calls came, wanted to gag as I left him well before his first arrest. He was diagnosed years later bipolar-schitzo-effective. Quite delusional just like DM!

She's full of crap. This idiot millard wants to talk about everything to everyone yet not her. Ya ok there.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
"I show you those text messages to give the jury an idea of your relationship with #Millard before his arrest," says Pillay.

I'll be willing to bet that the jury doesn't even care at this point.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga says she really wanted to see him, it was rare for her to have gone that long without seeing Millard.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga inquires what he needs help with. He tells her "shredding paper." After a joke, she agrees. #Millard reneges.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
Noudga wasn't ready for kids. "I wanted to be able to support the child." She was 21-22 at the time.

This is just laughable. I thought he was rich? :waitasec:

MOO

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga says she did see a paper shredder that MIllard had just bought. Pillay is showing photo from Maple Gate. There's a paper shredder.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says it was unusual for her not to see Millard for such a long period on the week #TimBosma disappeared.

While CN is one of the last people on the planet I'd ever defend (right after Homolka, Bundy & Gein [sounds like a law firm, in hell]), I do want to mention that it is entirely possible her workload & being tired all the time did mess with her memory of events and details.

I would be ok with saying her memory was foggy if it wasn't so convenient that she remembers not much around May 6 except a call she had with MS. That is a very convenient foggy memory IMO.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
He is now showing a photo of a room at Maplegate full of boxes/bags. In corner, there is a paper shredder box. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
At least, we can see an empty "heavy duty shredder" box with styrofoam inserts still inside. Noudga says this is what she was referencing

Noudga says she was also "very exhausted" by the time they got to Maplegate early the next morning. "He wanted to be close to you? He was trying to hold onto you, right?" Pillay says. "Yes," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 11:59 AM

Millard only slept for an hour or so that night, Noudga says.
