I know....that's exactly how I'm feeling now. I wonder if he'll cop a plea or if they'll even let him. He must be running out of money by now.

He'll plead 'not guilty.' There is no way he's going to admit to the crime, IMHO. Wonder if they'll try for the death penalty?

Oh btw, there was also a federal indictment in the Eve Carson murder today as well. Big news day locally and nationally. Too much crime...way too sad. (Hudson murder case, et. al.).

Just love their calling card... They happened to send us one.

They sent me the same one after I got my traffic ticket. I put it on the fridge for laughs. That is one UGLY-arse dog (and as you know, I love dogs).

Brad will appear tomorrow for his arraignment.
He will have a bond hearing scheduled later.....Judge Stephens will likely set at $3,000,000 (like Ann Miller). With no way to meet bail, he will sit and wonder about a plea deal if offered by the DA. Like Ann Miller, he may take a 2nd degree plea if the murder happened in a moment of rage....20-25 years

I must admit at one time I was a "fence sitter". However, after watching the video of BC's deposition, how emotionless he was, and wearing the wedding band, on top of all the so-called circumstantial evidence, I was no longer on the fence. I'm glad that LE took the time to make the case a solid one. I wish I could be on the jury to convict!

Oh interesting. Yes that could happen if he ever wants to see freedom again in his lifetime. And that would also prevent a trial. I suppose the DA would cut a deal if he plead guilty...though part of me wishes they would not compromise on this; it's a heinous crime deserving of a life sentence with no parole. :behindbar

The part of LTF.........what is LTF and what is the tale he told? Thanks.

Thanks for the update. :) I don't think he'd take a plea even if it was offered. His lawyers will probably tell him to let the DA prove his guilt and their defense will be somebody else did it. MOO

Two of the officers escorting Brad out of his house are cute. The other, not so much. Now...which one is JA Young? (btw, his first name is JIM!)

SG you are hilarious. i always talk with these guys when i'm out & about. they are really nice & have a good sense of humor.

You know JA Young by any chance? My lawn might need some attention, my dog definitely needs some male attention :wolf:, and I've still got questions! LOTS and LOTS of questions! I'll buy him a beer or 3! (btw, I may have mentioned this to Det. Daniels at the hearing the other week...but I'm not saying for sure....I'm pleading the 5th  )

If the onion in her stomach appears to be in the vegtable matter they took from the 325 it will in itself connect the dots.
Not to mention if the red fluid was wine which should have been gone after 2 hours of last sip, her necklace she was never seen without is in BC possession, he goes to HT at 4:20 to get cleaning product, the hair from the interior of the trunk lid.........

WOW is all I can say ...overwhelming evidence!
GUILTY as hell is my verdict and always has been.

and, since the indictment is for premeditated, i'm thinking FBI found something on his work computer that suggested forethought. or, could just be that he could have stopped while strangling, and made a decision to continue

either way, there is evidence galore. that's the thing w us in NC. if there's an indictment in wake county, we can be totally assured that this arrest will lead to a conviction. the DA takes FOREVER to be SURE, but then the evidence stands alone

I'm curious about the DP too. Also, technically he's still a Canadian and I wonder if that will have any effect...maybe that only applies when they're in Canada when charged. Dunno.

Thanks for the info on Carson. I didn't follow that. Is that Willoughby as well?
LE is on a roll here! Hopefully it runs in 3s and jason will be next! Praying with TS!

OMG...I was going to say that there will be a position open at CSCO. I have VOIP experience but am not certified. Certifiable, yes. Does that count?

I too don't think he'll take a deal if offered.
This man is a malignant narcissist that thinks he is smarter than the cops and any assistant DA. No way he admits or shows remorse.

Unless they have evidence of a careful plan to kill her, I doubt they use the DP.
Simple strangulation is not "overly heinous" in the sense of the law.

I understand he went in the front and had the lady at the LTF desk swipe his card. He then proceeded to ask for NC card to be swiped since she was in the car on her cell phone and was pressing time. It would help her out so she wouldn't have to stop at the desk.

This is all I know about it...I don't know if he proceeded to go in, got the card swiped or left.

IMO trying to place an alibi...

Premeditation can be a little as mere seconds, doesn't mean it was pre-planned, but it does mean the perp knew that his actions, if continued, would lead to death and he continued doing it anyway.

Holy Crow! Unbelievable. Like Fax says, he thinks he's smarter than everyone else. But that was really stupid!
