I could buy a psychotic break and Casey having made up what happened to Caylee IF Casey had not had a habitual lying problem. Her MO to stay out of trouble and to get attention has always been about lying.

True, but her lies make no sense. They don't help her. They can be easily disproven, in ways that she should understand, but apparently doesn't. They don't line up with fact...at all. They aren't good lies, if there is such a thing. They're grandiose but totally unbeliveable at this point. They're nonsensicle. They may not have even been necessary if there was a terrible accident (and that's what I think) and she would have been better with the truth. That's what the police were going out of their way to imply to her. Lying so stubbornly for so long has made conviction of serious crime and substantial jail time virtually inevitable at this point. Yet, she doesn't seem to get that. She seems to have acted against her best interst from the start. Makes me think that at some point, she's crossed over to the other side of mental stability. At this point, she seems to prefer punishment to the truth.

And I think she's still trying to convince her family that they don't have any reason not to love her.

Preliminary results were back from FBI tests on physical evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. The samples, which included hair that investigators said was scientifically linked to Caylee, a stain and dirt, came back positive for signs of decomposition. Investigators said more test results were expected.

The State Attorney's Office also confirmed on Wednesday that Casey Anthony was invited to their office to shed light on the disappearance of Caylee. The State Attorney's Office is not revealing details about the offer of limited immunity.

At the time I was watching a live newscast on WESH.com. Her face was pale and blotchy. Another station, channel 6 I believe showed her wiping her nose as she sat in Baez's car.
