Matt Gutman, ABC reporter did interview two of the doctors early on and they spoke specifically about the debilitated physical condition of the children including the starving and resulting stunted growth.

That's Disney World.
It's not done at Disneyland.
At DL, they take your picture upon getting your ticket scanned and they use that to verify that the ticket belongs to the ticket holder. It's only done if you are planning on visiting the park 2 or more times and if you're a season pass holder.

Chaining no. But there are for legitimate restraining for safety concerns. I mean in the US. As I stated not sure why they were as found. Maybe we will find out more information soon.

See the charging document, which lists "with intent to cause cruel or extreme pain and suffering for sadistic purposes," which, I think, covers lusting after inflicting pain.

Disney World theme parks don't include Disney Land.
Disney World Theme parks are DW, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, etc.
I was at DL in 2016 and fingerprinting wasn't being done.

But they weren't restrained. They were chained. We need to be specific. You can't turn chaining into simply "restraining." And I see no reason any person would, except to minimize the suffering these children went through.

From the perspective of the victims the pies/parents were taunting them. I get that.
I can only imagine being that starved and having food nearby but being unable to eat that food.

Since this story broke, every time I feel "hungry" I think of these poor kids. Its uncomfortable to feel hungry, but it must have been indescribably painful to be actually starving, being taunted with visible food, and psychologically devastating to have no hope or faith that relief was forthcoming. JMO

We know from LE reports via media there were hundreds of journals. Does not mean they were particularly advanced , for some of them anyway

Respectfully there are hundreds of journals, adults 29-18, minors 17-approx 7-9 if ages for younger are close (assumption from media thread/ media) homeschooling for how many years? No way we or they at time reported know what's in those. But we know at least one was advanced because of CC reports. Sadly this case so many victims no way to know who is being referenced on broad statements. Jmho

It would have literally made it more physically painful. The sight and smell of food causes you to salivate as well as getting gastrointestinal juices going. This creates the rumbling sounds of your stomach growling. It also is creating actual movement inside, which creates pain and cramping sensations.

This was one way to literally cause more physical pain without laying a finger on them. Truly sick.

And also depends on how questions are asked to get answers. Not saying abuse didn't happen. Just pointing out that example of pies on counter. It could be true were not allowed to eat. But there could be a valid reason for that and also which of the 12 made the allegation. Why were chained up, there was one statement that said LT couldn't give valid reason iirc. I don't know why they were. Haven't heard any explanations from -DT or LT. I don't know if those individuals had medical or mental issues and used restraints for some sort of safety reasons? It could be true in that situation or not. I am NOT sticking up for -DT or LT. There's just a lot people are assuming. One daughter seems challenged in Elvis video. Not just shoes either. The son who was still chained does as well. Bankruptcy documents show a eye specialist was seen by someone.

My hope is there could be many facts to go with small snippets about 13 individuals that makes this less horrific as first reports. Especially reading multiple media reports with different versions on same person quoted. Jmho

I'm not really seeing how any of this can be rationally explained away. Their children were being treated worse than prisoners. The evidence is visible in photos of the malnutrition. God only knows what has happened to them that isn't visible.

Well, they were speaking specifically about these kids when they told us they were receiving IV antibiotics, vitamins and nutrition, and that they were hospitalized. That speaks volumes.
