I know they’ve deliberated other fridays, so I assume they’ll be back tomorrow. Even if they reach a verdict I think we’d have to wait until Monday for it to be read. Just my opinion, but I think we could still have a few more days of deliberations ahead of us.

I can’t believe I let local news get me so hyped up, lol. I was expecting SOMETHING.

I keep reminding myself that these jurors are under a lot of pressure to come back with a Not Guilty verdict. It's the popular scenario in the community from what I've read. They may do so but I feel better knowing they didn't jump on that bandwagon right away. I think they are going to deliver a verdict based on evidence, not on popular opinion in that county. Either that or they will hang. I think they are working hard to avoid that but it is still a possibility.

This is a copy of the jury question. #PinyonPines. Requesting copies of Smith’s interview. (His interview with police in 2006.) Judge responded: “Ok, you are reminded that the audio is in the evidence and transcripts are only an aid.” It was not done in open court.
