My final comment here is to YogaBirth.

I saved a copy of a post, not because it was upsetting, but to add to others by the same poster for authorities as evidence of harassment, should that become necessary.
Secondly, If you wish to follow those rules, by all means do so. I was just poking fun and stirring things up a bit. Some folks are just too thin-skinned I guess.

'Nuff said! Have a nice day!

Wouldn't it be interesting, to say the least, to read those "creepy" pm messages?

I suspect there are quite a few people out there with creepy pms from JuM and maybe her sisters too. It does seem a bit of a shared trait to try and present a nice public front and then get mean behind the scenes.

What really creeps me out is what that poster pointed out about JuM - that she really is sugar sweet in public.

'Our father means the world to us'
'We love you Dad'
'I will be here, waiting to welcome his new wife'

All spring to mind as sweet responses. We know what went on behind the scenes with Fontelle, and what kind of welcome JuM's turned out to be. Take Fontelle's sheets and teacups and almost everything else away, but try and make her keep the stair elevator that she, being legally blind, might break her neck on.

We don't know if there was anything creepy lurking behind the sweet responses about Bob.
One thing's for certain though; he wasn't on email. Any creepy, frightening stuff directed at Bob would have had to be made on the phone. Or in person.

You know, I've seen some very feisty and threatening exchanges on the internet. Some of them quite shocking to me. But it's quite rare to see somebody say they have found something frightening, or they are saving them as evidence of harrassment. That's quite specific, and serious.

I don't think I'd like to see those pms. Not because they'd creep me out - I had a family member murdered, and the murderer turned out to be a family member; there's nothing creepier than that - but because it would make me very sad for what Bob may have had to go through.

Why don't they want him found?

I can see the actual murderer not wanting Bob found. Maybe an accessory to the crime wanting things to stay hushed....but it seems to me that there are 5-7 people involved in this case that have acted strangely. Could they have all acted together? It is hard to get that many people to decide what is for dinner, let alone act together to kill someone or hide the pertinent facts.

Do you all think EVERYONE was involved, or just a few people?
Are some family members totally in the dark about this, or do some have knowledge but are not directly involved?

I know. And that is one poster of three that took to the airwaves over there. :( I cant imagine the torment that would cause you to state your position on a public board because you felt so threatened behind the scenes.

I think that it is likely the type of stuff that finds its way in the hands of law enforcement during an investigation.

See, those are tips too fwiw. It isnt just direct evidence regarding Bob's disappearance that can be considered a tip. The poster tied JuM's response directly to the discovery of the body off of 330.... JuM frightened her fellow poster with her response, via pm, regarding the location of that body.

That says something very powerful imvho.

I have pondered this myself for a very long time because it is beneficial to the co conservators if he is found. They will legitimately have access to the money as in with no oversight. Unfettered access.

It could be something as simple as there is some aspect to his murder that will provide direct evidence of who did this. It could be that they want it to go away-just go away so they can be left alone to live their lives and pretend their father wasnt murdered and ignore how his money came into his hands. :dunno:

I dont believe that any of them are stupid and I think they have benefited in several ways. One of them is to have your father disappear during a cash strapped time for municipalities. No body cases are expensive to prosecute and while OC has a stellar record in that regard, the funds have to come from some where. Fortunately you cannot benefit from a crime like this so those who are in the sites of LE will lose everything that is left when the day comes.

I have to say that while it would be nice to get some justice for Bob, I personally just want him to be brought home to Fontelle.

I've stayed pretty quiet on this issue. I know that those "in the know" really "like" this route. Regardless of Julie's reaction, I just don't feel this is where Bob will be found. I've posted in the SAR thread, and am waiting for some kind of response on that one.

I have a "feel" for why Julie's reaction was/is so erratic. I've said it before, she knows, but doesn't KNOW what she knows. When realization tries to peek through, she "loses her mind". She's at peace not KNOWing.

Reckless is a fabulous word Z. If the person responsible were reckless, we'd be celebrating a guilty verdict, or praying for one. Whoever disappeared Bob would be a fool to park the body on 330, a direct route to Running Springs, and so far, this one hasn't proven to be a fool. If "whoever" did choose 330, and that's where Bob is found, I'll buy everyone here (well, 10 or so - not the whole forum LOL) the beverage of their choice. Yes, I'll go International on this deal Z ;)

I've been trying to gather a little info about route 330. Look at this comment about the drivers up there;
http://www.3fbc.com/blogs/rides/san-bernardino-mountains/snow-summit-downhill-options/

I'm guessing the reckless would opt for the 330. Any reckless people in Bob's close circle, do we think?

ETA: And I just noticed it mentions you can get ticketed for going off an official trail there, and billed for any SAR search.

Last night, I rewatched the cold case about Lynsie. She was an Angel. Her mother, Nancy stood strong and tall as Fontelle :rose: has been doing. Nothing worse than losing a child. Off-topic, yes, but my heart cracks into a million pieces when a child is involved.

Pretty soon, I am expecting to hear that Larry the "Evidence Whisperer" has control of this evidence for a little looksee.

I just LOVE Detective Loomis. I like that the daughters underestimate Loomis and Radomski. I'm ready for Larry to enter the case. Radomski and Loomis and Larry = Bob's killer prosecuted. I had a major feeling of excitement, that matches Cubby's dream. I think something is aligning in Bob and Fontelle's :rose: favor.

I'm counting on it!

Nancy Ekelund is one of my true heroes. People will never know the full extent of what she went through, I suspect. She never backed down, she never gave up and she didnt miss a moment to represent her daughter through every proceeding. She hugged the killer's wife.

I keep thinking something is going to happen this year. I'm having ideas about what to do for Bob's missing anniversary, then I start to doubt that his case will need highlighting then, as the trial will be in all the papers.

It is very important at this stage, I think, for Bob's family to tell LE what they think as well as what they know. It may be their last chance to do so voluntarily. I really hope they do because even if the distinction between the two is very clear in their own minds, at any trial it will all blur into one. For the public and for themselves.

ETA: I'd be careful of those offerings of beverages - have you seen how many views this thread gets?

The whole exchange over there turned into a ridiculous mess! I just wasted time re-reading all of it, because I'm a doorknob, I guess. It's like when you see something that you don't want to see, but can't pull your eyes away.

She doesn't want help from the public in finding Bob, compassion for herself and family, intervention from Media, help from law enforcement. I don't think it's going to look very good for her, and the rest of the fam. once Bob is found. There is too much abnormal behavior in this situation.

Believe, she looks so vulnerable, but she is a warrior woman as Fontelle. Both are inspirations.

It's only because I respect you guys that I combed through it all again. The posters that were targeted by JuM are very well respected over there. Maybe there was a jealousy component too.

So...what does JuM want for her father? What does she want people to do? Leave it all to LE?

If it's the latter, I guess she will be co-operating fully with LE herself, and encouraging her husband to do the same thing too.

 She would if she could but she doesnt have their contact information at her finger tips....

Again, she leaves the heavy lifting to her sisters.

You don't know how much it's appreciated. Thank you!

Now, we all have to rinse out our eyes ;)

Exactly! You said it all :) :rose:

I would want everyone here on my side if, Heaven forbid, I'm ever in a situation like this, or some other trouble.

The people here are beyond amazing!

God forbid MaryNo. But these are the folks to reach out to-I am hopeful that they would put their minds to my disappearance if that happened.
