I may have missed it, but have any details about the search of the house a few weeks back been made public? Not just what they did or didn't find, but what led LE to conduct a search at that time? A tip? New evidence?

If there is public information about it, I missed it too Roc. I am not expecting too much disclosure about that...is anyone else? JMO, but I would think it odd that any piece of the investigation might be shared unless it is something that supports or refutes public statements. Like that Bob had dementia, for example. That was refuted.

I have to comment on tips-I would think there would have been a statement by PPD regarding receiving and processing tips however. That is some what common. I think the silence is deafening there. :(

Thanks Believe09. I assumed there wasn't any news as I know you guys are on top of this case!! And you are right: the silence is deafening. Here's hoping that there is stuff going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to that brings about answers.

Wouldnt you love to read that police file? I mean the whole shebang-statements made, records pulled, legwork...it must be huge.

Absolutely! Considering how "interesting" the court papers are, I can only imagine how the case file reads. It would also be nice to be able to compare stuff the daughters have said/are saying to what is in the reports. Me thinks there are lots of descrepancies!

If I could have a wish list of the sections of the investigation I would like to have access to:
Who did initial interviews and who did follow up interviews?
Who refused follow up interviews?
Cell phone records, email records, phone records, ping records, mileage etc...
HK timeline vs JeM timeline
Any additional receipts and videos provided by JeM...

Well I could go on and on, lol.

I'm thinking the last court appearance where a trial was set to determine the trustee's integrity had something to do with the house search. It happened shortly after that didn't it? I think something came out that was finally enough probable cause to get a judge to sign off on a search warrant. JMO, MOO, IMO and all that stuff.

Ah yes-the hearing. May 2nd is an administrative hearing of sorts, I expect. Making sure everyone is available for the trial. Anyone want to lay bets on whether or not there are a few addendum's filed for the audit?

I agree. My guess is there are some more than glaring discrepancies (red flags) in addition to the discrepancies so obvious to those of us following the case. While we are not privy to all, I am certain the criminal case is running parallel/close to occurances happening with the civil cases.

I'm hoping LE is far closer to solving the criminal case than we are aware. They certainly did not just process the house on a whim at the time they did. Something occured which prompted that search - just what, time will tell.

And time will tell who will be charged. I'd be more than surprised- shocked in fact- if multiple persons were not charged when the time comes.
I'm thinking two minimally most likely at least 3.

Thanks to one and all posting here for all the great thinking. Still hoping for justice for Bob and Fontelle.

You know what is getting to me? What were the family dynamics here that led to these moments?

Even if you take out Bob's murder-just re reading the posts around the www regarding him. What causes you to hate your blood that much? At least I am interpreting it at hate. Right down to his choices of food, his companions, his taste in sheets.

Bob was a frugal guy-no one leaves behind an estate of 3-4 million without knowing how to manage and save. He lived in a modest house and drove a modest vehicle. He was the sole beneficiary of everything when Georgia died with the exception of a few bequests to her daughters which Bob carried out.

The memoribilia list (I was rereading it): it doesnt matter what belonged to Georgia when she was alive-Bob was the sole beneficiary of those items. Period. The Bypass was a tax dodge, and would have to have been combined with the Survivors Trust at some point.

I have an almost indefatigable belief in humanity-frequently to my cost. So I wonder who knew what when...we know what JeM knew of course. We can make some good guesses on what JuM knew. At least in retrospect, PB and RB contributed to the false information which was added to the timeline. We know that phone calls were not as they were represented. Let's face it, no one who phoned that house spoke with Bob after 10AM. It didnt happen. We know that there was no attempt by any of the girls to have their father declared missing-they left it to their step mother after carefully feeding her information that we now know is untrue.

Sort of hard to see anyone with clean hands here.

Why didnt they love their father? And I am not seeing too much evidence that they loved their mother, at least in her final days. Perhaps they were uncomfortable with someone who was actively dying.

Amen! Summarized nicely believe'. You ask why they didn't love their father.... I wish I had an answer to that question. Externally it appears perhaps it is not Bob whose God is money. Something to think about - especially knowing how generous Bob was with his money.

BBM

Agree Cubby!! How ironic. Bob made sure family members' lives were easier by giving out his money...someone in this circle ended his life because of it. You are right, whose God is it?
IMO of course!

And, sad to say, it seems whoever that might be (singular or plural) has gotten away with it. I have to believe there is a reckoning, if not in this life, then in the next.

I do get depressed about this case sometimes, but in my heart of hearts, I believe "they" wont get away with it. Just a gut feeling.
