The shoe was found Friday in the area right near where Chelsea was found.

And yes, the area was extensively searched constantly, and also had round-the-clock authorities and searchers in that particular area from Saturday on.

If you look on my map, they're within a very, very, small radius. It's the possible knife that may or may not have been found on the other side of the lake near the restaurant. But that location hasn't been confirmed, nor has whether or not the knife is related.

You've heard the expression guys like him crawl out from under rocks...maybe we can take that literally.
 
This is just sad, sad thing. My thoughts and prayers are with Chelsea's family.

It was noted that JAG only had that look while in Junior High school
 
How did they not find her until Tuesday if they were right there on Friday? that is confusing to me...were they only looking at surface and not looking closely until some days had passed? I am picturing her body basically surrounded by LE for 3 days before they noticed the ground had been disturbed. I would have thought since they found the shoe, they would have searched that area very thoroughly right then?

Two men have been arrested in connection with an attempted child abduction in Murrieta on Friday.

According to the Murrieta Police Department, a 12-year-old girl walking home from Shivela Middle School just before 4 p.m. on Friday was near Symphony Park Lane and Sunflower Drive when she was approached by two men who asked her name, age and where she lived. When one man asked if she wanted to go with them, she turned and started to walk back to the school. One man jumped in front of her and held out his arms, forcing her to back into the second man, who lightly held her. The girl broke free and ran to a nearby home , hoping the suspects would think it was her home. She hid as the men walked away, then ran home and reported the incident to her grandfather.

On Sunday, the girl’s grandfather saw the suspects walk past his home and called police, who detained Kenneth Morris, 25, of Murrieta; he was pointed out in a lineup as the man who tried to grab the girl. Morris was arrested for annoying or molesting a child and attempted child abduction.

The second suspect was identified as Caesar Walle, 20, of Murrieta, who lives near Shivela Middle School. He was also arrested for annoying or molesting a child and attempted child abduction.

I thought I read in the beginning in a news article that a man was seen walking up to Amber and "conversing" with her while she was walking to school. I don't know, but the above scenario somehow has the same feeling for me as to how Amber could have been abducted.
 
Chelsea King's parents say they want justice for their daughter

POWAY, Calif. (CBS 8) - Chelsea King's parents are still coming to grips with the loss of their daughter. The prime suspect, registered sex offender John Gardner, is being held without bail.

Brent and Kelly King are saying they want justice for their daughter. Chelsea King's parents sat down with News 8 just one day after looking their daughter's accused killer in the eye.

It's one week to the day the King's 17-year-old daughter went missing.

"I think we've experienced emotions we never even knew existed," Kelly King said.

The body of a young woman investigators believe to be Chelsea was discovered Tuesday off the Southeast end of Lake Hodges.

"Yes, we found Chelsea. Yes, we found the horrible man that did this, but this is just the beginning," Kelly King said.

Ten years ago, Gardner picked up a 13-year-old girl at a bus stop. He took her back to his mother's Rancho Bernardo home, where he then beat and sexually assaulted the girl.

Despite a psychologist's recommendation that Gardner never see the light of day, he was sentenced to six years and was out on the streets in five.

"Are the laws miswritten? We're going to solve this," Brent King said.

Brent and Kelly King are now dedicated to changing the laws.

"The rest of our lives, this is what we do,"

Wednesday in court, for the first time the couple looked their daughter's accused killer in the face.

"I won't even say his name. He doesn't deserve a name," Brent King said.

According to prosecutors, semen found at the scene matched that of John Gardner. They also say if found guilty, Gardner is eligible for the death penalty.

"I always told my children if anything happens to you I'll make sure, and I am letting the courts and the DA make sure for me," Brent King said.

The Kings told News 8 they also plan on contacting the parents of Megan Kanka and Jessica Lunsford to gain some knowledge on how to re-write laws against sex offenders.

It was reported that Amber DuBois had $200 on her to pay for a lamb (school project). I wonder if they can find out if JAG dropped some cash in the days following her abduction by checking out surveillance cameras in stores. Just thinking. :/

Wondering if JG parents are lawyering up?
Did they show up at court with him yesterday?
No mention of them except their garage door graffetti.......

according to news sources, his parents had left town, not sure where exactly, i believe on tuesday. i heard from someone on here it was monday, but i think after the body was discovered they left. dont blame them
