Anyone google that name? I didn't pay any attention to it because that was my impression too Columbo.

OKAY, I was wrong!!! I just did a zabasearch on Ashish Khurana (the name under the photo of the house--I need to go back and find that link again), and it does show him living at 5997 Roxie Terrace. I think he must be the previous owner, as the dates of recordation show 2004 and 2006. Somehow I am doubting any sinister connection between him and LR. But again....could be wrong!!! I also had the price of the house slightly off in previous posts--I must be getting dyslexic--it's $738,000 not 783,000 !

I saw those dates on the find a grave entry for that man.

It looks as though the (IMHO) the person who recorded the grave entry accidently put the year of death as the year of birth as well. That's how I read it.

I went to the Class of 1989 site & noticed all the e-mail addresses for his class. When I get my errands done, I'm going to find a picture of LWR and send each of them an e-mail and ask if this is the LWR they remember.

I'll believe this is the LWR if only one replies positively.

There are 2 in Campbell, CA and 2 in SF, CA

Yes it appears that the dates were entered wrong. It states that Thorman was a child so I'm guessing he was only a few weeks old when he died.

I think he's full of carp myself...I just don't know how full of it and which parts of his "life story" so to speak are crap, which are true and which are just embellished a little. To me, the drug dealing theory is just as out there as the human trafficking theory, but at this point, we aren't hearing any attempt on his part to explain why he seems to have all this money that is totally unaccounted for. Not that he really has to explain, but he obviously isn't that good with responsibility, so he more than likely is bad with money too. And if he is bad with money, then he would need a constant influx to keep himself from running out.

I hate the cases where we know less on day 10 than we did on day 2. That's just not right...it defies the natural order of the universe.

E. Brown, Can't find her on a quick search.
Consultant Network Engineer ( looks to be an entry level network engineer job, many jobs I saw posted with this title only required a 2 yr degree)

You know if you look carefully at what he has written, it's pretty fluff. Even the job descriptions he uses for himself:

Contractor for Tek Systems (means he paid a fee to Tek Systems and they found him contracting work) IMHO.

Consulting Vice President of Regional Sales~ what is that? Never heard of a VP that only worked as a consultant? :waitasec: Maybe someone here knows?


LR Technical Consultants ~ wasn't this his company that went belly up? The economy wasn't bad when it went belly up.

Data Technician ~ yes okay, but what type of data technician. I looked up that job description and there are jobs that can be held with only a HS diploma. No wonder this resume wasn't working for him. JMHO.

My son (24 yr old) is a network security consultant, and I can tell you that Ross's resume is not impressive. For one thing, working with an Asian company, even just on one job can entitle you to be called Vice President. Anyone who knows something about computers can own a company as a consultant -- and list each small contract for a minor job they did for another company as a part of their client list.
It takes a lot of specilaized knowledge, people skills, and determination to make any kind of living in this field. You also need to know how to do things that not many people know how to do, or otherwise companies would do the work in house.
My son makes over $200,000 a year, but he has many friends who barely make enough to live on (or in some cases, not enough to live on.) However, their resumes would look similar to Ross's, not to mention that they're in their early 20's, not their late 30's.
I can see why he's looking for different work.

OMG - you sleuthers are absolutely amazing! It took me an hour to read all the info posted about Ross - you have found everything except his birth announcement! :crazy: thanks for all your hard work cause this guy really is an unknown with lots of question marks.

I have no idea about the IT lingo - doesn't make sense to me. Ross' resume is padded to the max. and poorly written, notices how he uses 'I' in it. He's working hard to be somebody, who that is exactly, I have no idea. Thanks for all your hard work. Looks like Ross has never been married and there are no children in his life. I have to ask - why now?

LWR's resume is a pile of carp and doesn't tell me anything where I would hire him or even interview him for a job. I work with an IT company with over 30,000 employees worldwide and we wouldn't give him a 2nd look. Yes, I hire people and basically this resume would would go in the "do not look" pile as we go through resumes. There is such a title as VP Consulting in the IT industry and this person would be responsible for all the IT consulting gigs going on at any point in time under a designated portfolio - basically, a top dog for all the Service Delivery Managers.
There is money to be made in IT if you are good at it..... but you have to be good at it. Must have a proven track record and experience to be making the kind of money that LWR wold have to be making to sustain the house and lifestyle that he is exhibiting.
My two cents anyway ......... carp and lots of it.
