So I wonder who the Patricia that came up as a relative of both suspects is. She's 88 and also shows up living in Antioch so I wonder if she was living with them also? Didnt someone say he was arrested for elder abuse at some point in the past couple years?

The neighbor said that the suspects were caring for Phillip's elderly mother in the home. Is it possible his mom's name is Patricia?

on the 25th of august he took the 2 kids to Berkley. The officer thought the enteraction between the man and two children was odd.

A background check was done on him because he wanted to distribute documents on the campus. when she seen the background she alerted the parole officers office.
