I don't think that part is going to be played---right now they are just arguing about a 50 second clip

If the judge allows only a clip taken out of context without the complete interview then I believe he's committing a reversible error.

why? Trials allow that all of the time. They don't always use the entire interview. IN fact, the defense fought hard to keep some of it out.

That part was not edited out...[ he says he last saw him in RC, and others may have spoken to him...'but I was definitely the last person who saw him'

Maybe they were just arguing about that one utterance being omitted. I can see why they dont want the jurors to hear that.

Nope just what he normally is paid while on duty.

The hired guns by the DT are being paid, and other experts.
