Thought you might be interested to know L&C “lost” a bunch of footage of another trial today. You can’t make this stuff up!

I haven’t listened to today’s recordings yet so I was wondering if you all thought the faro guy helped the prosecution or not today.

I thought his testimony was a plus for the prosecution. jmo

Any facts supporting the belief that Chase has a tortured mind, or more tortured mind than others in that circle?

First of all, it doesn't matter if there are other more tortured minds in that circle, if those other tortured minds did not have the same 'circumstantial evidence' in this case which landed chase on trial. So we can ignore all those others until they are put before us on trial.

The defense is focusing on DK, so soon we will see if there are any credible and solid reasons to assume he is the real killer.

As for your question as to how 'tortured' chase's mind is----I think there is solid evidence. He was living with a tremendous amount of financial and legal and emotional stress, for decades. That kind of chaos and pressure creates psychological and emotional damage upon one's life.

We have endured one or 2 of those many things, that chase was enduring, at one time. We were audited by the IRS once because we accidentally befriended someone who ended up busted in a large business scam. Because we were , for a short time, in this idiot's social circle, we got 'noticed' by the IRS. My husband is in the entertainment business and anything involved with tv/film gets reflagged easily because of all the write-offs you can legally take as a working writer/producer. But it is a double edged sword. Those 2 years of being under the gun and having to meet with them, and hire tax attorney and negotiate etc etc....total stressful nightmare for us and our family. Luckily we came out, mostly ok, except for the tremendous legal fees and the time and effort and worry involved.

Then I look at chases's situation, and he had a multitude of accusations, complaints against him filed by various clients, business associates, the IRS, etc etc. We have read and linked many of them here, screen shot from RipOFF Reports as one example. people left their names and the dates and the amount that was stolen from them and where they filed actions against him. etc etc/

But it's just say, for arguments sake, that ALLL of those complaints and reports and lawsuits are fake and unfounded. EVEN IF SO, it would still lead to a tremendous amount of stress upon chase.

And we KNOW that his credit was shot and he couldn't even keep a checking account going, even when pulling in 173k in one year. And even when his bills were backed up, the rent was behind, he was still seen cashing thousands of dollars out of casino ATMS, to be gambled away. AND, he steals blank checks from his boss and begins cashing them, after backdating and deleting.

THAT^^^ is clear evidence of a tortured mind , in my opinion.

It not only seems like the boys have been forgot about in this trial, but also Summer IMO No showing what she did that last day, no showing her phone records, no showing who was trying to get a hold of her.

Here is what I learned. about that, from working for my defense attorney father and brother. [father did criminal and also civil rights cases, brother primarily malpractice]

My dad always reminded my brother that, especially in complex cases, one cannot cover everything. And if you try to make a cursory outline, which includes it all, the first thing that happens is the opposition will go RIGHT at the thinnest portion of your presentation. Wherever you have the least data/info or foundation, they will zoom right in and try to battle you right there.

So imo, if they tried to flesh out Summer's very busy day, and what she did etc, it would take us all down various rabbit holes. They cannot afford the time , energy and resources in this long trial to try and cover it all effectively.

Anything they put out there, about who was trying to reach out to her, etc, would just be evidence for the defense narrative of reasonble doubt. JMO

So I'm listening and looking at the one of the small clips that was tweeted earlier, the one where it shows the surveillance video with the truck superimposed or whatever in it... I wish he had 'cut off' the part of the truck that was not shown in the video, as the truck is going by, it wipes out or covers the Mitchley roof and it's hard to line it up. I wonder if that was done and just not a clip that we get to see.

This was an utterly heinous crime.

That's why it's important to be sure the prosecutors get the right man, otherwise the killers would still be walking among us. Imagine that.

Stealing is not violence. I don't know what 'cousin' means to some, but okay if you say it's 'cousin' to violence because they are both crimes, then I say stealing is not brother or sister or spouse to violence. There are thousands of thieves who are far from being violent.

Do you believe JM was tortured before killed? If so, why did the killer torture him?

I hope I am copying the link correctly. Although no one has been CONVICTED of this crime, they just picked up two burglars for a fatal stabbing.

I have not seen these! Do I want to? Doubt it as I truly belive there are some things we are better off never knowing.

Did you know about Summer's jaw, had been broken in several places? Obviously an act of someone who was seething with hatred for her. Looks more than likely, as someone who KNEW her, to attack her so savagely.
