Expect Imes to ask: "Were the Beasley Chair and the McStay Table made by the same manufacturer?"

Imes writing out his questions tonight...

How much were you paid? pause to do the math....
Did you know there was a documentary being made?
Did you do an interview with the documentary makers?
Who bought your lunch yesterday?
Who do you think is going to buy your lunch today?

He worked for San Bernardino County from 1977 - 2007, so I'm not sure they want to challenge his expertise too much LOL

An ex detective testified against the prosecution in the Holly Bobo case and it didn't go too well for him.

So I am curious.... who right now believes that they were killed in the home still?

I really don't want to debate on whether tarps or plastic was laid down... I don't want to debate whether bags were over their heads... whether it happened in a bathtub... I just want the bottom line answer... no explanations necessary :) And I don't even care if you think Merritt is 100% responsible or Mickey Mouse did it.....

Do you believe they were killed in the home?

I don’t believe the family was killed in the home.

I have never believed the home was scene of the murders.

RSBM

I don't know.

I can see a case to be made either way - no shoes in graves, lack of any outdoor clothing on a cold night, household items found in the grave (painter's tape, shop towel, terry fabric).

But there doesn't seem to be any conclusive evidence that they were killed in the home, so I don't know.

But I don't really need to know which it was as the check creation that night and a similar one made the next day tells me exactly who done it.

I never believed so. And I've always wondered why the PT insists so.

I am curious to know, if JM's flip-flops were found at the house. If not, that makes me think he may have been killed elsewhere, then the rest of the family murdered in the home.
Regardless of where it all transpired, I am 100% positive the right person is on trial. The fraudulent checks, cell phone pings at the grave site and lack of alibi-- far too many suspicious things.

I don’t know if they were killed in the home, or incapacitated, removed from the home, and killed elsewhere. I do, however, feel quite confident that they did NOT leave their home voluntarily, and then meet with someone who killed them elsewhere.

It would be too much of a coincidence to imagine that the grave materials with the paint stuff didn't come from the house. They have the blue towels and tape on the films.
