Yes I'd say the new owner probably had to replace the old running light bulbs in Merritt's truck in those 4 or 5 years after he sold it. How old was it in 2010?

Edit - found it, 1999, so 11 years old.

That email string also shows that 85% of it was installed according to Joey and the buyer screwed him. IMO

Yet Paypal sided with the buyer and charged back the deposit.

We have never seen what arguments the buyer made, but they must have been substantive to justify the chargeback.

I feel the defense won't be calling Dan to testify. Their attempts to cast shade on him have been futile. But there was something Imes stated to a witness (La Rock?) that makes me think they are about done. He asked to clarify or correct a statement for the transcript because "someone (jury) may be reading this in a week or so, so I want to be clear". Something like that. How many other witnesses do they have left, the forensic accountant and phone guy? Then there's closing arguments.

I think the PT will put on a quick rebuttal case first. Shouldn't take long but I think they will do so.

on Merritt's truck, you couldn't turn off the running lights IIRC That was from Smith's testimony because they tested it when they had the truck.
