I saw Katherine recently on Piers Morgan. And although she looked healthy, she also seemed a bit more frail than I had seen her. And she seemed a little more confused than I had ever seen her. So I felt a bit sad and began to wonder what was going to happen to the 3 kids if their grandma became ill.

So I think that the 'losers' in the money battle have decided to make their move now. So they drag the executors of the will into court and try to gain control of grandma, in the hopes of gaining some monetary control before it is too late. I hope she is not being drugged or slowly poisoned.

And the game continues...

Here's proof that Katherine Jackson is happy and healthy with her family in Arizona ... playing the card game, Uno.

X17online has exclusively obtained the first photo of the Jackson matriarch relaxing at an Arizona resort while visiting with her daughter Rebbie, her granddaughter Stacy and also her great grandson, London.

Katherine's lawyer wants the FBI to get involved.

The Jackson strife: Family bickers over whereabouts of Michael's mom

Los Angeles (CNN) --A lawyer for Katherine Jackson is asking the FBI for help, saying Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies were not allowed to see Michael Jackson's mother in Arizona as part of a missing person investigation Monday.
"Randy's security refused to allow them in," attorney Sandra Ribera told CNN Monday. She said she was referring to Randy Jackson, Katherine Jackson's youngest son.

Good ! Yes, the feds need to get to the bottom of this PRONTO !

This crew is up to "something" !

:moo:

I wonder if grandma told Paris that if anyone tries to say she had a mini stroke or is frail, that she should tell everyone that SHE HAS NOT HAD A STROKE.

SHE IS NOT ON VACATION either!

this is about to get nasty...

they need to release her, LE should have her examined by a physician ASAP.

she may be too afraid to say anything....no matter what they are trying to do.

If they had nothing to hide then why not let the LA Sheriff in?

I am so angry at this. For LE to just say oh well, we saw her and not look at the circumstances is beyond astounding to me. I think it is obvious given the June 17 letter that this is all about the money and I don't care if its Michael Jackson's mom or joe blow's LE better use their minds and get to the bottom of this. There is NO valid reason KJ is not in contact with her grandkids whom she is guardian of. None.

In fact that response by LE makes me wonder who was bribed

Hmmmm, how does a 14yr old go about hiring a lawyer?

Sadly I know how it feels to be in the middle of a situation like this. My gram is 92 and her adult children are fighting and one even claims she has had a "ministroke" a few times.

The "ministrokes" only happen when that one daughter is with her, no one else has seen them happen, nor has anyone gotten medical confirmation that one actually did happen. In fact, for the last supposed mini stroke, that daughter says she didnt even call the doctor because she knew how to handle it. That daughter is a scam artist and always has been and has my gram believing that everyone is out to get her except for the scamming daughter.

It sickens us but my gram stands by her psycho daughter and the lies she feeds her. Everyone else is deemed no good and thieves. I know the truth but there is little i can do about it. My gram believes what she wants.

Now, back to Katherine's story... I believe they have her under a "doctor's care" and he will have her declared legally incompetent or something like that. Since Katherine is still married to Joe, that is scary as heck. I think many of K's children and family members would like to get rid of her and get their hands on that money. Scary as hell.

People can be so messed up and evil!!!!

Wow. Your story, and Katharine's, are very familiar to me. My father died last year and left a Will. Of course everything was transferred to my mother, who is 86 and moderately demented. Other than that, the Will remained unchanged. But right away an aunt of mine, my mother's sister-in-law, went to work manipulating her. Two weeks ago, I found out that my aunt had convinced my mother into putting her son, my younger cousin, in the Will! My aunt has my mother convinced that she shouldn't trust her own 3, college educated children- who are all in their 50's. My siblings and I are in shock and are scrambling to see what can be done. There's no way we're going to just stand there and let my cousin take charge of the estate. But remedies are hard to come by, especially when there's no money to pay a lawyer to represent us.

So, I think it's very possible that something similarly unethical could be going on with the Jackson family. Someone (and not necessarily a family member) may be trying to coerce her into changing things to suit themselves. And as someone has said, who is to say that the person the sheriff saw was really Katharine Jackson? This whole story sounds fishy to me.

:deadhorse:
Nothing about this makes sense. It looks staged to me too. And I can't think of one reason why this woman wouldn't be in contact with her grandchildren - especially if she knows one of them is concerned for her and thinks she is missing!

I'm about ready to say this entire scenerio is staged - wake me when KJ is home with the grandchildren!!

Just because that deputy came upon the 'sweet' family scene of a dinner and a game of UNO, that does not mean that was all that was going on.

And why, if she was just wanting to hang out and play UNO, why didn't she communicate with her grandchildren, who she is the legal guardian and caretaker of.

I agree ... What a joke??? The family members and any LE particpating in this charade needs to be rounded up and locked up!!!

An Arizona law enforcement officer reported that he met with Katherine Jackson on Sunday in the presence of Rebbie Jackson, her oldest daughter, and she said was "fine" and did not want to return to California, a source close to the investigation said.

:waiting:  :waiting: WHAT THE HE!! TOOK HER SO LONG TO TAKE SOME ACTION!!!

she doesn't want to return to california?????

I call BS!!!!

TMZ is reporting that a fight broke out at the Jackson home in Calabasas, cops were called.

It really is out of control. I can't believe that after the police show up to check on Katherine, she wouldn't see the seriousness of the situation and put an end to it. Are her children going to blame Paris and Prince for her "mental state"? In order to keep them separated they are going to need an excuse.

But..who is back in Calabasas that would fight?

And...since Paris's recent tweets suggest she STILL hasn't talked to her grandmother, I'm guessing the grandmother hasn't been allowed to.

Lets just say KJ had no idea of people worrying about her...after the police show up to check on her she must have had some idea and she STILL didn't call Paris? Doesn't make a bit of sense.

right...K is in Arizona so did someone go to try and strong arm those children?

Paris is still tweeting her concerns, saying it isn't like her grandmother not to be in-touch, now after 8 days running. She wants to speak to her directly (understandably).
