Per the trailer, this is where they pin her parking.

I wonder where the water level was in relation to that, that night.

We need a bigger map, to overlay.

HMMMMMMM. That parking spot, how did she end up down at the water unless she intended to go? Sure doesn't look like she would leave the road for dirt unless she was intending to go down to the water?

I haven’t watched the full video yet, but I always thought that LE broke the driver’s side window when they recovered the vehicle. AWP explains in some of their previous videos that it’s a delicate process. Like another poster said, they usually cover all windows if they’re compromised to seal in the evidence.

I was also thinking more about it, and the back of a CR-V isn’t big like my Pilot. I don’t think, correct me if I’m wrong CR-V owners, a body couldn’t float and end up in the very back where the hatch is.

I would think if Kiely was driving, crashed, and tried to get out, the driver’s window would have been down. Right?
But AWP recovered the vehicle, and when the car came out of the water the window was broken. I too thought they must have done that to get the car out, but I believe AWP is quoted in media saying it was found that way.

Hi @Speculaytor.

It was established up thread that the parking spot cited in the AWP teaser video for their Friday full realease is likely a) at Boca Lake Campground (not Prosser Lake near where the party was held), and b) where the tow truck driver apparently saw KR (or someone that looked like her) with a man and in distress (per the teaser video) maybe 8/5 or 8/6 around 11am. I know very little about that sighting currently. But it intrigues me.

OMGosh thank you for this. I have been away from the thread for a day and missed the talk about this possible sighting of Kiely in distress, after the party. I watched the video, seems like the video is definitely implying there may be foul play.

AWP found the vehicle, but LE recovered it from the reservoir. I'll hold off on any more comments until Friday.
Oh. I did not realize that LE towed the car out of the water. That is why I saw people questioning the quote of AWP saying when they found the car the front, drivers window was broken and the back passenger windows rolled down. Has anyone established which it is?

The passengers side front window was broken when AWP was looking at it underwater, and the drivers side rear window was down. It does seem as if the law enforcement officers broke the driver's side front window while pulling out the CR-V.

The back seats fold down in most SUVs. She may have had them down to transport items in the back, or if she did plan to sleep in the car. I don’t know about floating, but Kiely was slender and her body should be able to pass through from front to back without exiting the car. I have an even smaller SUV and I can do it.

If the drivers side window was broken by LE, and the front passenger window broke by AWP, then the only window down, open, or broken when found and untouched was the back passenger window, and just one of them? Is that correct? Kinda changes the scenario if true.

Makes it more plausible she went into the water by accident, crawled into the back seat as front end sunk, tried the window and it went down, but too late, she passed out, drowned? One BIG PROBLEM with that though, it takes minutes for the car to go down so why didn't she swim out of the window? If she was able to crawl into the back seat and get the window down, she should have been able to get out, not incapacitated. Right?? IDK

The passenger side was broken before AWP found it. They didn’t touch it.

Also not sure how an interview AWP does after this video is released is not an approved source? Makes zero sense. Either way, you can find it with many answered questions on YT

When I was her age I was bigger and stronger than her and was a decent swimmer.

I think my chances of swimming out of a window under those conditions would have been very slim.

I think I read or heard somewhere that one of the AWP guys said that they estimated the car sank in 30 seconds? I’ll try and find a link, so for now this is MOO.
