I haven't read all MSM, but, thought I heard that property failed several inspections and WAS on FD radar about a month ago.

How can they let this go? This is devastating.

That wasn't the fire marshall, it was for people suspected of living there illegally, and nothing about the rave parties.

Diagram of warehouse space. Kind of small print.. It seems to me to be intentionally set up for these parties...illegally. Avoiding taxes and laws to protect patrons. Someone should throw the book at this guy, and freeze any proceeds he has gotten from his negligence.

Having worked as part of a team that has done events for small time shows like this (abet legal). The proceeds for events like this are usually very little. Depending on the artists fees they wouldn't do much more than break even especially since there was no alcohol being sold/served.

A former resident of the warehouse, who asked for anonymity because of past confrontations with the building’s management, told the Guardian she reported the building to the fire marshal in 2014, based on fears of a fire.
