I meant more about their mother being missing and their father being a suspect. They are getting older and while they may never stray from the paternal's side theory of what happened to Maya, some if not all, may start questioning what happened.

His trial date was 1/6/25 - not the 16th... I know the date is from 2023.

Sorry, I didn't even read the content -- just posted the tweet to have Gotfredson's link handy as he's generally the exclusive reporter from the Court! Perhaps you missed the disclaimer I made above the tweet. Nonetheless, it wouldn't be the first time we had a discrepancy in reported court dates.

The best I can tell is there were hearing entries for 8/5 - 8/8 but the minutes are sealed/not visible. We know from MSM the decision would not likely be handed down until maybe next week.
OK, found the calendar for Judge RONALD F. FRAZIER #1603 and the Millete Guardianship trial is not showing on his calendar on Thurs 8/8 to Wed 8/14. I think it's over and we are waiting for a decision. JMO

I did look under Alvarez' schedule link that you posted - and nothing there for this case either.

Olga Alvarez has long appeared on the "case details" but after I scanned through pages of her Central Court calendar, I went back to the docket and referenced the ROA where Judge Ronald Frazier, Dept 1603 was identified for the first time. Frazier never appeared until "Court Trial" entries made it on the docket.
