Hi Everyone.

I was informed that the websleuth community pitched in to order pizza and drinks for the volunteers last search. Thank you guys so much. I am touched by every kind gesture, especially from people who have never met Michelle but still care about her.

My family is holding another search party for Michelle Le this Saturday 6/25 from 8AM-5PM. We are in need of food donations to provide lunch for the volunteers. I am hoping at least 80-100 people show up. The command center is at the same location as before (23530 Cypress Ave, Hayward). If anyone would like to come help us search or donate food, that would be amazing.

Michael did you contact member "Tricia", she is the owner of WS and will probably be happy to post a message about needing food, etc, as she did before. Do you know how to send her a message? If not, let us know here and one of us can contact her and ask her to contact you...
Columbo,

Yes they need food and drink donations. Michael posted this a couple days ago. I wonder if Tricia was contacted?

I made this suggestion to PI hope they do it.
The search party have a SEARCH PARTY Issued camera.(each group)
The team leader take a picture of potential evidence and return the camera
To the Search director.

This would prevent evidence from disappearing before it is collected or evidence
That for whatever reason is never collected.

i.e. something is found and a person involved with the crime removes the evidence as the group continues on.

i.e. law enforcement forgets about a road or its late and they say they will be back tomorrow.

As the weeks go by the mainstream media is covering Michelle's disappearance less and less. We can all do something here that is simple to keep Michelle's disappearance viral on the internet. Whenever you read a local article make sure you tweet it on your twitter account and share it on your Facebook page. You can also share it with any other social sites you use. This is very important.

Share Michelle's official site www.michellelemissing.com with your friends. Ask them to help spread the word.

(there is also a share button on my article that you can retweet,digg,.facebook,myspace,etc.)

There is also a new blog here about a POI in this case where you can also make comments. The information here was gathered using public records:

And if you are on Facebook search Michelle Le and you will find the groups for Michelle. One of them is ran by the family.

Sharing these links will help keep Michelle's case in the news and on peoples minds, This is important and something everyone can do that is a simple way to help Michelle and her family.

Blue tooth keeps transmitting even if your phone is off. Does she have blue tooth and is there a way you can pick up that signal

The device won't stay in discovery mode longer than 120 seconds so barring finding someone using it at that moment, extremely unlikely

Don’t remember if I mentioned this my friend the pilot said flying over the Nile at 160 mph and the height you wouldn’t be able to see much. And if he flew low it would be too choppy.
Has anyone tried to contact KGo, Kcbs, Kron etc and see if they can fly a chopper over the Nile.
Another suggestion how about a RC plane or RC Helicopter.
Just a thought!

I have searched it.
Even with a helicopter Niles canyon would be difficult. On foot and beating the brush is the only way. There is also a railroad runs through Niles and those tracks are accessable. But in all actual it would be difficult to park without being seen as it is a very busy travel route.
There apparently was also a ping in the Oakland area.
Various reservoirs and roads leading to them. The bay edge at Coyote park and many landfills are very close to the area she went missing and we all hope landfill crews have had their eyes open when commercial dumpsters were emptied. Redwood road is a prime search area and so is Calaveras.

These are the same search areas we did for Hassanni Campbell. We never found him.
I hope they find her and him because of the amount of searchers roaming the areas.

Since this is a theory/speculation site.
Here is one theory, I have nothing to back this up just one possibility.
Assuming the Hayward PD is correct it is a Homicide.
Michelle goes to her car, maybe to meet someone that called her. Her intention was to return class since she did not take her purse.
She goes to her car and is stabbed or hit on her head i.e. the evidence left at the garage and in the car.
There is 2 people involved one drives Michelle’s car out and the other drives the perpetrators car.
This would explain the FBI enhancing the video, maybe trying to see who is driving the vehicles and maybe plates.
( Or the perp did the crime themselves and drove to Oakland to get help to hide the body.)
Depending on the direction of the cell phone signals. But I believe it was a 2 people involved.
If they placed her in the Niles they would not have done it at night because its to dark. But at 8 PM its still light. They could have pulled over on the side of the rode dumped her body and one of the perps took her farther into the canyon. When they were finished they call there accomplice to come and pick them up.
The Niles is huge there is old smoke stacks, railroad tunnels, a quarry, a train depot and lots of forest. But if this wasn’t to planned out a white uniform would stick out, her body could be to far from the road to be seen.
I wish they would release the description of the person of interests car because they could have came back to the scene at a later day or later that week.

Looks like they are searching the area around Kaiser today. I am glad to hear that because I think that was an overlooked area. I know I posted Michelle's flyers all around there a couple weeks ago. They had the family going to Ponderosa Ct that day too while I was posting the flyers, but I was hoping they would search in the area where she disappeared. I guess they decided to do that today.
Hopefully they got some leads today from people that live in that area. I still feel someone had to see something amiss somewhere around there.

"It has been nearly a month since Le disappeared from the Kaiser hospital in hayward where she was a nursing student. Saturday's search focused on the area around that hospital."

Someone on Michelle's website downloaded that episode of CSI that was on the tweet that GE made (well we think it was her account) I just watched it. I wonder if GE posted this link because she identified with the killer? If so GE must be mad..... and I would DEFINITELY be looking at her and possibly another accomplice! Who knows what was going through GE's mind if she was in a jealous psychotic state of mind, and then add drugs and alcohol to the mix. One very scary scary lady. I wonder why they arrested GE on kidnapping then let her go?? That's a pretty serious charge I would think. I hope LE is watching all her moves!!

I still think the location where Michelle's car was found is a big clue. Although anything is possible, I don't see the perp driving Michelle's car all over the place and then returning it to a location so close to Kaiser unless it was a single perp who left her or his car near Kaiser and had to return to pick it up. If two perp cars were involved then you could just leave Michelle's car anywhere. The other option I see with multiple perps is one waiting on Ponderosa Ct while the other person accosts Michelle and then takes her in her car to Ponderosa Ct to meet the person in the getaway car. But that doesn't make much sense to me because Ponderosa Ct is in the middle of apartments, if you were going to meet somebody and move to another car you'd do it in a location not surrounded by apartments and possible witnesses.

So my guess at this point is that the location of Michelle's car means that there probably was a single perp. That person had to retrieve her or his car from the nearby area. She or he parked close to Kaiser, abducted Michelle and committed the crime. Then she or he drove Michelle's car back to Ponderosa Ct, parked the car, walked to her or his car and drove away.

There is also the possibility that the perp isn't Giselle but is someone who lives in the area near Ponderosa Ct and drove the car back to get back home.

Obviously this is based on what I know and LE may know more, they have talked about multiple POI's.

This is an interesting theory, but don't you think the perp would be taking a major risk of being apprehended by returning the car to the scene of the crime? Why not park somewhere within walking distance of a BART station elsewhere in the East Bay, leave the car in a unrelated neighborhood, and then *not* return a huge piece of evidence to the area of the abduction (that is in somewhat of a high density residential area)? It's possible that LE could even be looking for the car by that point...

This is just one element of this abduction that confuses me: who would abduct someone in a facility that probably has visible evidence of security cameras, and then return the car close to the abduction site? Both of these moves seem like they were committed by someone that wanted to be caught!

Not only do these seem like rank amateur moves...but the person or people are quite lucky that they weren't seen by a number of people and cameras alike.

Were they skillful instead of lucky? On the face of it, it doesn't seem that way...

There are probably a lot of people who don't think of public transportation as an option, and/or who would want to get it over as soon as possible. The fastest way to do that would be to just use your own car.

I think emotion plays a huge part in committing a crime like this. The perp is not afraid of risk, somebody afraid of risk is not going to commit this crime. And there is surely a lot of passion involved in this crime, whether it was driven by jealousy or by sexual gratification (by a male abductor). One thing we know about Giselle is that she seems very much driven by emotion and has problems with impulse control. A person who could control her impulses wouldn't seek out a news outlet and tell them how she hated Michelle. Obviously the restraining order speaks to that also. If she's not the perp then it was surely a man who could not control his sexual impulses.

I agree the perp was lucky but unfortunately there are a lot of lucky criminals out there. Doesn't help that security cameras often don't cover the areas you think they would and take low quality video. To compare this to the Phuong Le case again...she was abducted from a Barnes and Noble parking lot. You'd think Barnes and Noble would have cameras in their lots but that B&N only had cameras inside pointed at the employees, to make sure the employees weren't doing something wrong. And we saw Bloomington IN police just recently release frustratingly low quality surveillance camera footage of a suspicious truck in the Lauren Spierer case. Even if there is surveillance video it doesn't guarantee LE can really see what's going on.

This is a example how everyone can be a suspect. One turning point was when
they released a description of his car I believe if was recorded on cameras in the area around the time of the crime.
What is critical in Michelles case is that a lot of Business cameras rewrite over there images every aprox 30 days they dont save them forever.

So it would be nice to have a description of suspect vehicles. dont even need a plate just a description.
You would be suprised how many cameras are in the Bay Area.

Guess I should have ref the story I was talking about. It was the Poker player that killed his parents in Pleasanton CA.
