I'm so glad she wasn't able to bond out and I look forward to knowing the conditions of her plea deal.

JG walked out of the apartment knowing that poor Noah was being harmed by the 'sperm donor', his blood is on her hands too IMO.
 
I can barely stand to look at Jillian's face. Please tell me she is going to prison ... lest we all forget. Jillian walked out of that house knowing Noah was being abused in the bathroom.

The details in this case are unbearable. I also hope the social workers involved in Noah's case, are never allowed to work in a professional capacity again. Hell, I hope they have difficulty sleeping at night.

Makes me ill and I pray she never sleeps well again or gets within sniffing distance of happiness. May Noah's precious face pleading for help be forever emblazoned in her psyche for eternity. Nuff said. :mad:

The fact that Noah's remains haven't been found and he hasn't been properly laid to rest just kills me. This poor, innocent boy lived a tortured life with his bio parents, I cannot imagine.

Does anyone know the sentencing guidelinesin CA for Child Cruelty for Jillian? @gitana1? Thanks

2-12 years since he’s dead. If he wasn’t, 2-6.

They reached a plea deal with her which means they could’ve agreed to a lesser sentence. She should face much more than 12 years IMO but she faces only up to 12 without a deal.

*Felony Settlement Conference Hearing – (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – for *Bryce Daniel McIntosh (32/now 33) “father” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) with 1st degree murder with malice & special circumstance murder of torture. Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP.
3/15/19 Update: Arraigned rescheduled for Bryce: 4/2 on murder charges & 4/8 on abuse charges. 4/2/19: For medical reasons, McIntosh was a no show for arraignment for murder. Arraigned on 4/3/19. Plead not guilty. 4/8/19 Update: He was arraigned on all charges on 4/3, in which he plead not guilty to all charges. Has Felony Settlement conference on 4/16 re murder charges.
4/16/19 Update: Hearing has been continued to 6/14. 6/14/19: Defense files motion for continuance. Next Felony Settlement Conference hearing on 7/17. 7/17/19: McIntosh wants to represent himself.
