In an interview with The Record on Sunday, Slayter and his wife, Debra, said Sandra would come by their house three or four times a week, helping with chores or just saying hello.
They'd play Yahtzee and go bowling together, with permission from Sandra's family, Debra Slayter said.
"She didn't have a lot of kid friends," David Slayter said. "She hung out with adults. ... I always told her, you've got to be careful with some adults. You've got to be careful."

I think that was a car on clover road... however, they did show both of the cars on the tow truck in that same video. Is it just me or does this case seem to be picking up speed? See you guys after the presser...

Just a quick and wildly optimistic thought... if the t-shirt found really was hers and LE wanted to minimize that finding, they could've instructed those who knew about it to deny it was Sandra's. Posted here early on was something about a hair dye package found in the mobile home park. (I can search for where it was posted in the first thread.) Maybe LE is thinking she is alive and that someone changed her appearance. Following along (not totally logically), to go to the bother of changing a child's appearance seems to say that they wanted to keep that child, and not end that child's life. Just thinking of anything positive I can come up with!

In the article NurseBeeme posted above it's also IMO positive that the Coast Guard will be helping the FBI by doing thermal imaging. Not being technical, I'm assuming that would mean they are looking for a living person, who has maybe been hidden?

Thermal imaging is very effective in finding decomposing bodies. The gasses create some heat, etc.

No, nothing new, really. I had to listen with my head practically right up against the computer, and I still couldn't hear the questions. The spokesman kept answering that he couldn't make any comments about anybody or anything specific because it would be part of the investigation. He said no one has been ruled out.
