PMI is my main concern here. It's 7 years at best before the time UP4388 is believed to have died. It's always possible, but I don't think this is Denise.

If Lisa is UP4389, that could mean UP4388 was abducted from the Ventura area. Only think different is age, which is off by a single year.

wow, she does have very similar facial features. Different angles, but wow!
 
Both Lisa Sprague's and Valencia Jane Doe's profiles were modified on January 29, but I can't see any notable changes. Neither are ruled-out against the other either. I hope the modifications are related.

Crazy to see I first suggested Elizabeth nearly a year ago. This could have been submitted a while ago, but I went with Benita, who is ruled out. Even though I "submitted" Lisa as a match to UP4389, I got no response. I'll put her down as unsubmitted for now... Even though I suggested the Leslie sisters on Websleuths, someone actually suggested them to me on Reddit.

I followed up a second time and still never received a response, so yes, please submit again if you’d like to! Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I did :)
