Idk, but I would imagine if this is for "recovery" of remains that they expect to find (which we don't know that it is) then I think lE would be using a private channel

Sounds like it and if you check out her pictures there is one which shows the property from a fair distance and looks like there could be building(s) on the property. Between the gap in the trees you can make out a building.
